“The world may be falling apart, but that is no excuse to not go to work, no excuse to stop selling, or stop buying. Total Liquefaction is a satire on consumerism and disaster capitalism.”

DELICIOUSLY GONE is a delicate, ironic, and deeply moving solo performance by Camille Lejeune & Cía. Nadine Gerspacher. The piece explores the human need for meaning, closeness, and self-staging, and tells the story of the art of dreaming oneself alive. At its center is Madame Serger-Chapelene, a character living in her own self-created universe - vulnerable, imaginative, and full of longing.

In one of the luxurious rooms of the Magnolia Hotel, the pipes rumble.
The toilet in room 524, once enthroned with arrogance among the scents of luxury, is slowly losing its grandeur: something now refuses to be flushed away.

Around this silent porcelain, women in pink gloves and blue dresses slowly stir buried anger, swallowed humiliations, and the voices Mr. Dickson believed he would control forever.

A piece by Katia Benbelkacem, created for Free Pulse, assisted by Syllia Roberge, and Vlad Ion as rehearsal director.

A dance theatre piece for 29 performers where creation unfolds as both miracle and chaos. Through humor and tragedy, bodies become humans, plants, and animals—growing, colliding, and transforming.

Playful yet raw, the piece reveals the fragile, absurd beauty of existence, celebrating life in all its contradictions.

Dansa Metropolitana recap! 🌸

Free Bodies ha estat actuant arreu de l’Àrea Metropolitana de Barcelona aquest març, amb una sèrie de funcions espectaculars. El recorregut ha inclòs La Jornada de les Arts i l’estrena de UNLEASHED a l’Estruch de Sabadell, La Jornada Territori en Dansa a l’Hospitalet de Llobregat, i la festa de cloenda al Parc de la Ciutadella de Barcelona.

Ha estat un honor compartir peces de Lali Ayguadé, Nadine Gerspacher, Shawn Fitzgerald Ahern i Jos Baker, i acabar ben amunt amb la cloenda del festival liderada per Laura Alcalà Freudenthal i la Balkan Paradise Orchestra: pura màgia.

Dansa Metropolitana recap!🌸

Free Bodies has been performing across the Barcelona Metropolitan Area this March with an incredible run of shows. The journey included La Jornada de les Arts and the Premiere of UNLEASHED at l’Estruch in Sabadell, La Jornada Territori en Dansa in l’Hospitalet de Llobregat, and the closing party at Parc de la Ciutadella in Barcelona.

It was an honor to showcase pieces by Lali Ayguadé, Nadine Gerspacher, Shawn Fitzgerald Ahern, and Jos Baker, finishing on a high note with the closing of the festival led by Laura Alcalà Freudenthal and the Balkan Paradise Orchestra, pure magic.
