📍 Brussels | Training 🌀 Float Therapy & WOGA

🌊 FLOAT THERAPY @floattherapy
With great joy, I announce this collaboration that truly fills my soul!
We will be together in BRUSSELS — Omer Shenar @omer_shenar creator of Float Therapy & me @raiz.flutuante

Omer is an international reference in aquatic bodywork, with an approach often described as “Shavasana in water” — and with principles that have deeply expanded and refined the way I work in the aquatic field.

I warmly invite you to expand your knowledge and drink from this unique source.

During this time in Brussels, we will also offer: 🧘‍♀️ WOGA – Water Yoga
A practice that integrates yoga principles adapted to the aquatic environment, exploring alignment, breathing, presence, and movement. ( Certify by Waba )

✨ Theoretical and practical study, exchange, and learning in a safe and professional setting.

We would like to take the opportunity to send you Holiday greetings and thank for all the beautiful encounters and connections that have come our way in the passing year.

Before we rush into next year, it’s worth pausing to notice what genuinely made a difference in our well-being this year.

We are thankful for all the experiences that stayed with us — the ones that helped us breathe a little deeper, think a little clearer, and reconnect with what matters.

We look forward to the new year with upcoming trainings, getting to meet new students and reconnecting with ‘old’ students, creating precious memories together.

May the holidays wrap you in warmth, love, and quiet moments of joy 💫

In the context of aquatic bodywork, movement is more than just physical technique. It’s communication. It’s touch. It’s presence.

Whether we are floating someone in warm water, supporting them in stillness, or guiding them (body-mind-spirit) through motion, our movements carry meaning. They can soothe, awaken, protect, or challenge.

THE BIG 2 🎉🎊🎉

Yesterday we celebrated 2 years of the studio in its current home – and what a magical way to honor it!

We gathered at the stunning @liquidzome in Sintra, where we explored warm & cold water experiences, deep body awareness, and meaningful connection with others.

It was also a beautiful opportunity to share another part of my journey – my work as a Bach remedy therapist 💐Each participant received a remedy they felt drawn to in the moment — a beautiful introduction to this subtle method of healing.

A heartfelt thank you to the incredible @omer_shenar – one of the most gifted water therapists in the world – who brought his magic into the warm waters. It was an absolute pleasure to work alongside him.

And a big thank you to everyone who came with open hearts.

If you’d like to join this growing, soulful community – we’d love to welcome you.
And if you’re curious about Bach therapy, feel free to DM me to book a 1:1 session or learn more.

One of the most important aspects emphasized in Float Therapy training is responsibility.

Holding space and supporting a body as it floats in water is both a privilege and a profound responsibility. In your arms lies a being carrying their deepest thoughts, emotions, memories, and experiences—both past and present. This sacred role calls for presence, respect, and deep care.

Float Therapy
Level 1 & 2
Sintra, Portugal
18-23 June 2025

Float Therapy methodology relies on a set of 7 principles & circularity models and training is undertaken in a series of three levels. Each level introduces more of the aquatic bodywork world in general and expands with diving more into the Float Therapy concept and toolbox.

The training is unique with its set up of diverse presentations, practice both on land and in water, with the support of a professional textbook.
