Today was all about being loud, being wild, & annoying the coaches 🤣🪄🛹 The kiddos understood the assignment when I said “I don’t answer questions while driving, ask Ethen”

We finally got a replacement van & we are ON THE ROAD AGAIN! Today’s teacher workday camp was awesome & it felt SO good to be back traveling with the kiddos! We still have space in our Veteran’s Day camp & multiple days over Christmas Break - click the link in our bio to sign up!

YES - we added a SkateBnB. NO - we aren’t changing our programming. The goal of the SkateBnB is to *subsidize* our existing operations that we’ve been working on since we opened in June of 2023. Most everyone knows that an indoor skatepark is not exactly a profitable endeavor…that’s why there are so few. But what if it could be?? 🤔 What if our space could meet the needs of skate enthusiasts from ALL income brackets? Open Skaters can still shred for only $10/session multiple nights a week but folks who wanted to pay more could stay the night after the session or on a night that we are closed? They can pay more to utilize our lodging, kitchen, living room, & other amenities which in turn helps the skate community as a whole because it means ZRC does better. We promise to build more features, provide skate space when the weather does or doesn’t cooperate, and keep hosting concerts, camps, birthday parties & community events.

We feel strongly that sharing the magic of ZRC🪄🛹 with folks outside of our region will only make the local scene better & stronger. If you haven’t ACTUALLY been here but you have negative words regarding our BnB pricing, our skatepark, or our space, we kindly ask you to STFU & scroll on by 😂🤫

We want ZRC to be financially sustainable & we want to be here providing recreation & hangout space for our community for many, many years to come. That means trying out new ideas when & where we can - especially when folks are willing to test our ideas out!💡Interested in booking? Click the link in our bio or DM us for more info!

We’ve been working on this for a VERY long time & we are SO stoked to start welcoming overnight guests into our space! Lots of skater kids (or adults) dream of sleeping at the skatepark & NOW you can make it happen! Enjoy the space to yourselves OR join us for a session & meet the ZRC Crew - then crash in our comfy cozy SkateBnB to get the rest you need for an early-morning bowl session! ☕️
ZRC Skate is located within an hour or less of the COOLEST places in the High Country so plan to explore during the day & skate at night! DM us today or email ashley@zrcskate.com to start planning an epic vacation the mountains! 🛹🪄⚡️❤️

Mural memorial commission “Blake’s Backyard” for @zrcskate in Trade, TN complete. Spray paint @montana_colors / 50’x25’ / 5 days

This is a special project dedicated to Blake’s memory and I wanted make sure the design represented that in the best way possible! As Blake was an avid skateboarder and employee the ZRC skate facility, I felt depicting his image on a “painted deck” along with references to the local landscape of the Appalachian mountains would be most fitting. In addition to the mural @zrcskate will be pouring a concrete skatepark, as you can see the forms below…coming soon!
Thank you Ashley @omgsomelady for the opportunity and I am looking forward to coming back and skating, always! 💕
