POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

In every moment, we have opportunities to enhance our work, our lives and our interactions with others. I want to share an inspiring personal story about discovering possibility in the least likely circumstances. The treasure that revealed itself to me was the power of calm.

Again and again, I have harnessed calm and saw the full potential of the moment. I choose possibilities over limitations. Furthermore, calm has helped me, my clients and students release stress, trauma or mental fallout associated with climactic and daily events.

During this session, I share and demonstrate how to find and anchor calm in several situations. I will be illustrating the scientific relationship between all humans, nature and their electromagnetic field. Then, I explore the power and potential that arrives from a calm state of being. Through personal and professional stories, I hope to inspire you to reconnect with your ever-present CALM.

Shining a light on @soultosilver

“Every piece is unique to you. Because no two pieces will ever be exactly the same it becomes a representation of the individuality of each person wearing Soul to Silver Jewelry.”

Leisa V. Johnson-Kalin is an artist dedicated to exploration, nature, and the unexpected. All of which transcends into a refinement and mastery as a silversmith and muse for mother nature.

If you have the opportunity explore her great work. Her candor and hypegirl vibe will draw you in wanting to learn more about her way in this world.

Mahalo Leisa for being a bright light in my world. Keep creating and sharing your alchemical wisdom with all of us. 🤍🌿

Soul + Mind + Heart + Body Food
Shifting Tides.

Lately, I have been practicing something I was shown in nature by the great mother herself. The power of subtraction. I have talked about this before. In that moment, I was shown the importance of removing ‘energy’ (in all forms) on a consistent basis. I could not imagine how many ways I would apply this teaching. The practice creates space to discover what is truly beneath all the layers of complexity that you have added to your inner and outer worlds.

Being we are entering Fall and Spring, this is the perfect time to subtract from all aspects of life. The key is to allow the space to rest once the debris is removed. Allow yourself to feel the extra space moving in and around you. It will support you in discovering where you need and want to focus your attention. If you keep moving without subtracting energy in your life, before you know it, many aspects of self will start to feel off balance and overwhelmed. The space will provide you with the opportunity to breathe, ground and see.

As inspired, give yourself permission to SUBTRACT. PAUSE. BE. Then, see if you want to let the new space remain clear during fall/spring or add something back in or redirect your attention where it is needed.

Humanity (yes all of you), we are in this powerful transition, it can be disorienting because as simple, divine humans. . . we want everything to remain the same. Yet, the constant is CHANGE. As you are inclined, flow with the change that is upon us. The elemental ETHER will lead the way.

A (v)log squirrel 🐿️ energy manifested. Realizations and awareness arrived. Trust yourself.

Wisdom: nothing is needed except your bum on a cushion for silent meditation and the subtle exchange of the great outdoors.

As inspired, go outside, pay attention to what arrives, and hold that until you understand the deeper meaning.

Time Machine

Stepping back into reflections of a past that has left many stories untold.

What stories have you left untold?

Can they serve to help another? If so, maybe start telling them. #untoldstories #timemachine #reflect #repose #higher

A (v)log. Top of the Morning. Nature is such a powerful reflective mirror. For each of us we have animals, plants, trees and an entire field of microorganisms that support our existence.

If you learn how to listen with awareness you will begin to see and here the messages from nature. These awarenesses can help you navigate through your day. It is important to learn listening not searching on the internet. For each individual these animals have different meanings and messages.

As inspired, get outside and see who greets you. #squirrels #presence #presentmoment #fallvlogs #youmattertoo
