Blessed to announce the launch of season 16 of Reflex Football Battlegrounds. Thank you to my amazing executive team, as well as all of our team owners for their commitment towards planning during this off-season. Much in store for the league’s sweet 16.

Ready and excited for another great year of flag football.

Tryouts take place July 11th.
Season begins Sundays starting August 23rd.

The league returns! #flagfootball

RFB’s executive board linked up with all the league’s team franchise owners over in Sandy Springs, GA for the annual RFB Owner’s Club Meeting, in order to formally kickoff the leagues 16th season of flag football.

The meeting included a presentation of the leagues vision for season 16, as well as open discussion regarding the direction of the league’s future. The owners also got to make their selections for uniform colors for the upcoming season.

Much planning, preparation, and prayer has gone into RFB’s sweet 16, and the league is expecting one of its best seasons yet this year.

Happy National Siblings Day! I could write a book explaining how much I love my siblings and cherish and sometimes resent - if we being real - the duty that comes with being an older sister. I wouldn’t trade these 5 for the world. They make me smile, keep me motivated, and make me feel accepted as me, no faking, no keeping up appearances. They get the rarest version of me there is. And they still ride for your girl. I love you all so much and thank God he gave all six of us to mommy and daddy (rip). We belong together, real bad.

Always hug your people close. Nothing in this life lasts forever.

There is indeed a version of my grief that no one sees.
It’s lonely here, even though I’m not alone.
I’m not okay. I don’t know if I ever will be.

Ten years is a long time to push; a long time to fight the urge to go numb. But I’ll keep pushing. I’ll keep fighting, even when it feels like I’m losing steam.

HNY! We look polished (and we are😜) but we are also real. On the outside you see beauty and closeness. What you don’t always see is the growing pains, the learning curves, and the intentional love it takes to grow together while growing individually. Grateful to God for this family and how close we are.
