Ya knooooow, when @onboardwithben took off, I thought I had a chance of keeping up here. Then he tried😂😂😂

Whatever. Still the best day of biking ever! And my smoothest run down Middle Bully. Getting smoked has its benefits!

Does my calf look like raw hamburger? Yup!

Did I sprain my ankle in a crash? Yup!

Did my DH bike make it through a whole day without incident. Hell no!🤣 Stupid Flat!

Was it still the best day of biking EVER with @onboardwithben ABSO-FREAKING-LUTELY!!

I'm so grateful I got the opportunity to follow my MTB coach, hero and most importantly friend around my favorite place on Sunday.

Following faster riders makes you faster. So here's my best trip down Bear Arms.

Super fun first time on the airbag! Really felt like I am staring to breakthrough the movements for tabletops and whips. Not quite there yet 😅 @sarahdactyl99 killed it with the backflips!!! Thanks for the lesson! @onboardwithben

Such a huge day of progress with coach @onboardwithben! I feel so much safer having honed in my speed, timing, and technique with his immediate and specific feedback for each jump. Highly recommend! #mtb #jumping

Homie appreciation post! Shout out to @onboardwithben for all the lessons. My confidence is coming back quickly. Why, because Ben taught me solid fundamentals so I know I know how to ride this thing. The crash was a fluke. Which is why I will NEVER not at least try and no brake this section of Long Trail, on my way to No Quarter.🤣😂😂 Terrifying as it may be. Not my best effort, but I wasn't afraid to try, which is the real win.
