Ashley... you did it, LEVEL V CIRCLE BABY!!!!!!! 🎉

I am so excited to shout you out for hitting a such a HUGE milestone in your business!!!! Which just so happens to be one of the TOP levels in our company! 👊🏼 🎉🎉 👉🏻I will never forget God’s timing in all of this and our first conversation Ash, when you were leaving your corporate career to have a baby and DID NOT want to go back. You wanted options! You were not a skincare expert, you had never done anything like this before but you said “YES” anyway because you KNEW in your heart that what was sitting right in front of you was the answer…and it was special! We were friends before, but RF brought us together again and made us life long friends! ❤️ #rfjourney

What does it mean to be in your first month of Level V Circle?! For one, it means you are a TOTAL BOSS BABE! 👊🏻 And it means, in addition to achieving one of the TOP levels in our company, your organization is also producing a MONTHLY sales volume of $25k or more, and it’s growing along with your amazing team of bosses!!! 😎 #wifiCEO

This is a BIG deal in R+F, so our company rewards us BIG time for it with a TRIP of YOUR CHOICE!!! I can not wait to see what luxury trip you decide to take your family on this year... or maybe even a little romantic get away for you and the hubs!!! Either way, it will be your choice courtesy of Rodan + Fields! 💃🏻 #thanksrf #rfjourney
I am so thankful for you and your leadership on our team! You are building an empire that will one day span the globe and you are taking your #TeamPimpinJoy with you. Crazy huh?! 🎉

CONGRATS on yet another promotion! I can not wait to see what the this next year has in store for you!! The sky is litterally the limit! Love you!!!! 😘

So in R+F life there’s really a thing called month end madness... Here’s my definition... “The last day, hours, minutes of the month, amped up about how your little skincare team is crushing CRAZY goals which leads to R+F insomnia”

Symptoms of R+F insomnia consist of but are not limited to; obsessively refreshing your pulse page every two minutes, day dreaming of dreams you never thought could happen, struggle sleeping because all you are thinking about is posting about your teams promotions and stats, sending screen shots to your team mates all night, struggling from sleeping because your so pumped in general

This is R+F life... being surround by like minded people all working to change their future. Strategizing. Goal setting. Planning. Supporting.
Last night I was thankful to be surrounded by the top consultants on my team while all the craziness was going down! Tons of laughs and business building happening. Trust me... we have room on the couch for more!
