One week. So many moments. So much to be grateful for. ✨

From the incredible ladies who took on the Hyrox race to beach workouts, sunrise yoga, hiking adventures, art sessions, karaoke nights, and dance parties that somehow kept getting louder and more joyful each evening — this retreat became something none of us could have created alone.

It reminds me of paella 🥘
A little bit of everything collected throughout the week — different flavors, stories, personalities, strengths, and experiences — all coming together into one uniquely beautiful dish that can never be recreated exactly the same way again.

That’s what happens when you bring an incredible group of women together.
Each person arrives with her own story, and somehow we all leave changed by one another.

We walk away stronger in ourselves, fuller in our hearts, and deeply grateful for the connections made during this one-of-a-kind experience.

Thank you to every amazing woman who showed up, trusted the process, shared openly, laughed loudly, danced freely, and supported each other all week long. 💛

This retreat may be over, but the memories, growth, and energy we created together will stay with us for a long time.

Already dreaming about next year’s adventures… 🌊🏔️💕

Day 7 🎨✨

Barcelona is the city of art, what better way to spend our last day but by creating some art about our magical week here! In the quiet moments between brushstrokes and deep breaths, something shifts. Art and meditation have a way of peeling back the noise of everyday life and revealing the parts of ourselves we often overlook. Creating without judgment, sitting in stillness, and allowing emotions to flow freely can become a path back to authenticity. Sometimes finding your true self isn’t about searching harder - it’s about slowing down enough to listen. 🤍

Wowza! What an amazing city Barcelona has been!

From beautiful gardens, the Picasso, Miro and park Guell museums to the great food!

We’ve enjoyed getting to know the city and the incredible ladies at this retreat. Sharing experiences and making memories is what it’s all about 💗

Day 5 continued…🍷☀️

After our hike up Garraff mountain we spent the day letting loose on a wine tour with the best group.

Whether sipping wine or enjoying the non-alcoholic options, everyone got to taste, learn, laugh, and fully enjoy the experience together. We learned so much, had an absolute blast, and somehow still had enough energy to end the night dancing before dinner 💃🥂

Perfect mix of good vibes, great company, and unforgettable memories.

Day 5 ⛰️🌦️

This morning we hiked up Garraff Mountain and braved a bit of rain on the way down. The 3-hour adventure challenged both the body and the mind, and every woman embraced it fully. This group of women are true warriors - showing up for themselves and each other every step of the way.

Retreats like this remind us that we only get one life, and it’s meant to be lived fully and unapologetically. Through every climb, every challenge, and every breakthrough, we grow stronger together. 💫
