Very much in the hurt locker out there in that heat today, but so stoked to come away with a 5 min PB and 5th in my age group!! 🥹

Couldn’t have done this without my sister here with me, as well as my husband and parents back home with Leah 💛

@beallinfitness @performancelinephysio @clinicalsportstherapy thank you for helping get me here 🫶🏼

A 5min PB at Sydney HYROX this year💥

One of the best decisions I made was finding a great coach.

I trained for my goal.

✅ Progressive strength training.
✅ Structured running sessions.
✅ Planned recovery and deload weeks.
✅ Fueling to perform.
✅ Consistency.

Your goal should dictate how you train, not your age.

A huge thank you to Michael Zappia from @benchmarkcanterbury. You’re an absolute legend of a coach. 💪🏻

And to my doubles partner and friend, Helen, thank you for pushing me to another level. It was a privilege to race alongside you ❤️

To every woman, whether you’re navigating life changes or not...

You can still build muscle.
You can still improve your fitness.
You can still get stronger.
You can still build your engine.

Set a goal.
Follow a plan.
Stay consistent.

The science hasn’t changed.
The fundamentals haven’t changed. Neither should your expectations.

🏆 STATE OF ORIGIN FITNESS TEST RESULTS ARE IN! 🏆

A huge thank you to all our ambassadors who stepped up and had a crack, plus the 4 legends who joined our teams and gave it everything! 💪🔥

The times have been counted, the scores are locked in, and the winning state is…

🔴🔴 QUEENSLAND 🔴🔴

QLD Time: 2:57:24🥇

An outstanding effort from the Maroons, taking out the inaugural Deadly Dozen State of Origin Fitness Test! 👏

New South Wales put up a great fight, but this round belongs to QLD. 🏋🏻‍♀️

So congratulations to @morrfit_gc and @michelleosust you’ve scored your self tickets to a race of choice.
