[Natsu ARCHIVE] Crystallization
Onishi Gallery, New York, 2008

I follow the motion of my hands without thinking. It is like Crystallization, the process of natural crystal growth as atoms (beads) arrange themselves. In the show "Crystallization," each piece is named
"Meteorite." In fact, most meteorites were crystallized early in the history of the solar system, some 4.6 billion years ago. They give us clues to the origin. It is a message from the universe to the earth. My work is the crystallization of my prayer, memories, and moments.
