I’ve always said I do this for fun! If my story inspires even one person to take that first step, then sharing it was worth it!The things I do today seemed impossible at one point in my life. Marathons, lifting, even something as simple as sitting in a booth seemed hard!

If there’s one thing you take away from my journey, let it be this: NOTHING is impossible! You never truly fail if you don’t stop trying. Every setback is just another opportunity to do it better, and remember, slow progress is still progress!

A huge thank you to @voyageatl for giving me the opportunity to share my story, and to everyone who has been part of this journey, whether from day one or just yesterday❤️🙌🏽👏🏽

One of my favorite shots! The tension was high! Justice had caught up to O. The level of focus and determination I saw in O was a sight to see. O wasn’t giving 1st to Justice without a fight.

Was an absolute joy being out here and welcoming new Ultra marathon finishers. So proud of every single one of you for showing up for yourself! The training is hard and lonely trust me I know but you did that!

I have definitely regained my spirit for running being out here. I’m thrilled to give it all I have at the Chattanooga by UTMB 100K in 2027 and build from there.

Out on the lake this weekend ⛵️

This is a run what you want community event, as we will be out there not only with support & fuel but also hosting a picnic, all powered by @on - No registration required. We will have runners doing the full 50K

What to Bring: Blanket or chairs + snack & drinks for the picnic. Tents will be at the trailhead.

This Saturday, 8AM meet up! Run start 8:30AM.

I’m super stoked to work with @gutsrunning as the race director for the 20th running of Red Top Rumble next year! I’m inheriting a great race from former RD @shawntyska , and the goal is to make this year’s run rowdy, welcoming, and rad for every runner!

I’ve been running the course over and over with small variations to get the flow of it and make a couple of decisions. Thanks to the runners from @balancerunning who joined me for a tour in the steamy weather this morning!
