Ambassador Bridge to Canada 🇨🇦 @ sunrise & Windsor-Detroit Tunnel to return. What an experience! Thank you @onpacerace & @freepmarathon for allowing me to colead your 4hr pace group. We kept that big group energy and held pace. More pics to come. Thank you to my copacer, the sponsors (@mush & others), the volunteers and awesome crowd support (esp w/ @timhortons on both sides of the border 🍩 ☕️ ) and the wonderful runners who showed up and pushed through. It was an incredible experience that photos don't capture. So you're just gonna need to run it yourself 🙌

🏃‍♀️ WAIT… YOU’RE WALKING IN THE FIRST MILE OF A MARATHON?! 😱 YES! And we’re doing it ON PURPOSE! 🙌 One of the most common questions I get about run/walk intervals is, “Do you really start walking right from the beginning?” 💯 ABSOLUTELY! At the @freepmarathon, I paced the 6-hour marathon group with @onpacerace using: 🏃‍♀️ RUN 90 seconds 🚶‍♀️ WALK 90 seconds 🔁 REPEAT for 26.2 miles! Our FIRST walk break? Just 90 seconds after crossing the starting line! 🤯 Why? Because walk breaks are part of the strategy, NOT a sign of fatigue! Starting early helps us manage our effort, conserve energy, and stay consistent throughout the race. 🥶 And if I sound like I can’t get my words out in this video… it’s because my FACE WAS FROZEN! 😂 Temperatures were in the 30s at the starting line, and apparently my lips needed a warm-up too! ❤️ REMINDER: Walking doesn’t make you any less of a runner. ALL RUNNERS COUNT! 👇 TELL ME: Do you start your run/walk intervals from the very beginning, or do you wait until you’re tired? 🔁 SHARE this with a runner who needs to hear that walking from mile ONE is a strategy, not a weakness! #RunWalkRun #AllRunnersCount #MarathonTraining #RunWalkIntervals #DetroitFreePressMarathon

Over the weekend Paige and Kevin joined our friends @runninglab to help out at the Detroit Free Press Marathon Expo, welcoming a field of 30,000 runners to the city. We’re always excited for opportunities to connect, collaborate, and learn from others in our industry. A big shout out to Ken, Toni and the Running Lab team for an incredible expo, race day support presence, and for the impact they continue to make in their communities in Brighton and soon to be, Farmington!👏🏻 Paige and Kevin also teamed up to pace the 1:45 domestic half marathon through @onpacerace and Marquette Assistant Store Manager, Espen Wood, joined in on race day, pacing the 1:30 half! A weekend well spent in Detroit! 👟

💜 Some people pace marathons. Others help make dreams come true. ✌️🏃🏻‍♀️💨🏃‍♂️💨 Meet Carrie and Paul Miller, the incredible couple and founders of On Pace Race! 🙌 I first met Paul in May at the Pittsburgh Marathon, where he paced the 5-hour group. Thanks to his encouragement, support, and pacing, I crossed the finish line of my FIRST marathon and achieved my goal! 🥹💜 Fast forward to yesterday in Detroit, and I CRUSHED my goal again, finishing in 4 hours and 23 minutes!! 🤯🔥 Paul was pacing the 4:40 group, and I did my best to stay a little ahead of him! What a feeling to see how far I’ve come! 🏅 But you know what I find MOST impressive about Paul and Carrie? They don’t just manage an incredible pace team and company that helps runners chase their dreams. They are OUT THERE RUNNING, too! ❤️ They genuinely love being out on the course, helping runners of all abilities conquer marathons, half marathons, and every distance in between. They put so much thought and preparation into what they do. From studying course elevations to developing smart pacing strategies for the unique challenges of each race, they go above and beyond to help runners succeed. Their dedication, faith, strength, and passion are truly something special. I honestly don’t think they get nearly enough recognition for the impact they make in the running community. They are helping people believe in themselves, achieve goals they once thought were impossible, and discover just how strong they really are. And that is something worth celebrating! 🙌💜 Carrie and Paul, THANK YOU for what you do, for the encouragement you give, and for being part of my running journey. I feel so blessed to have met you both, and I can’t wait to see what other dreams come true along the way! 🏃🏻‍♀️💨✨ From one very grateful runner in Pittsburgh, PA, ~ Andrea ~THANK YOU!! 💜✌️👊 #onpacerace #allrunnerscount #marathondreams #detroitmarathon #runningcommunıty

STATE 39!!! Had an absolute blast this morning at the @freepmarathon in Detroit! Paced the 3:30 group to a whole bunch of new PRs, first marathons, BQs, and personal victories. Loved hearing everyone’s “why” and getting them to accomplish the impossible. Enjoyed the run over the Ambassador Bridge into Canada, and back through the underwater tunnel to Detroit for a 26.2 mile tour of the city. . Saw all the major sports stadiums, beautiful neighborhoods, and lots of cheering spectators too. I freakin’ love this sport. . Heart overflowing with joy.
