I love it when they SMACK that streamer on the first cast.

It’s hard to find time for myself on the river these days, but the first personal outing of the season will be a memorable one for me.

To all who listened, to all who came on the show - thanks for a fun year! We got to fish a bunch, and chat a bunch about it. What’s cooler than that? Hope y’all had a great 2025, and here’s to hoping 2026 is even better. We love you. ❤️

Every river carries a story.
Steelhead travel from the open depths of oceans and Great Lakes, fighting their way back to the water that shaped them—a journey as wild as it is miraculous.
.
We’re all moving through our own rivers. Some stretches force us upstream, demanding strength we didn’t know we had. Other days, the current softens, and all we can do is trust the flow and let it guide us forward.
.
Recently, my uncle and I drifted downstream; but not in his Rocky Mountain rivers, but for the first time in my own backyard—two travellers sharing one stretch of water. And along the way, we met a few “others” on their own remarkable journeys, all of us carried by the same river for a moment in time.
.
Thanks for the great time @ontarioriverguide

August long dump. Muskie, hot temps, and summer nights on the river. Thanks for the hang @ontarioriverguide & @joshonthefly
