Connecting people to the planet through culture 🌍

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

October is Black History Month. We’ve noticed fewer brands and platforms recognising it this year, now that celebrating black culture is not as trendy.

Here are a few of our favourite black-led London collectives and organisations that create spaces for connection and culture

Find the full list on Outr 🔗📱And organiser’s add your event. It’s free.

We have a few spaces left for this on Wednesday. Send me a DM if you want to join 🙏🏿

‘Grow Shop’

Wednesday 26th August · 7–9pm
Allotment, Arbutus Street, E8 4DT

Presented by @openarea_ x @lifefabs as part of @allotment_e8 , Grow Shop is an invitation to experience the future of making.

Hosted by Ollie Olanipekun and the Lifefabs Institute, guests will be introduced to the latest innovations in lab-grown materials before assembling their own piece of furniture by hand.

Blending craft, design and biotechnology, the workshop explores how nature can inspire the next generation of material innovation — transforming cutting-edge research into a tactile, creative experience and reimagining what the objects around us could be made from.

Join us for an evening of making, material exploration and new possibilities.

Very grateful to be included in @techuntermagazine 10th year anniversary edition! All thanks go to @zabelin.aa who’s been supporting ATT for some years now!

It was a big pleasure to work with everyone who helped bring both Parasound and Scout to life last year! ATT is an independent project series that champions collaboration in both its creative and operational DNA. So when we’ve had any type of press or outward support it feels like a shared chapter and I’m proud of that!

Okay I’ll shut up now! Big things coming soon ⛰️🏔️
