⚠️ TW: 🧠 Mention & Men’s Mental Health

I don’t see it discussed enough in any community I belong to.

There is so much shame.

There’s this constant background noise telling men to “toughen up” or asking, “Why are you so in your feelings?”

Here is what we’re failing at: We don’t hold space.
When someone is struggling, we don’t need to fix it instantly, and we definitely shouldn’t judge it. We just need to show up. Next time you check in on a brother, a friend, or a partner, try saying this instead:

👉 “Hey, I saw what you’ve been posting lately. I just want you to know I’m here. I completely understand if you aren’t ready to talk about it yet, but I’m ready to listen whenever you are even if you just need to vent without saying anything back. How can I best support you right now?”

Let’s start changing the narrative. You don’t have to carry it all in silence.

For those seeking targeted support or advocacy networks, please utilize the resource guide below. It covers specialized assets for Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and BIPOC individuals, alongside mainstream hearing resources.

This directory is not the full list. Please use the comment section to add any organizations, regional handles, or community resources that may have been overlooked. Let’s build this list together. 👇

Galentine’s I’ve read saw somewhere that the way my girls treat me is with respect and care and we do things together. It becomes a cherished place an outlet. So dating is hard even intentionally because they can’t meet the same level of platonic friendships.

What are your thoughts on that?

This year has been an interesting year. I’ve taken my content creating seriously. I’ve gone back to school. As usual life has its ups and downs. But I can say this it has truly been a ride. I can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store for me. Happy New Years Eve, Everyone. 🤟✨❤️🎉

35, does not look like what I thought it would look like. I never imagined being single, not experiencing motherhood. I thought I would be thrivinggg in my career.

But, I realize this you can’t plan the journey to where you are going to land. You can enjoy the experiences as they come. Be very intentional about who is in your life, about who you love, where your career eventually lands. After all you have to fail to win, nobody gets it right the first time.

This has been my hardest year, you know I’m trying. In school full time, working full time. I’m THAT girl. Crying when I get good feedback on a paper cause honestly, it’s healing. Especially, when you stop believing in yourself. I’ve survived and 35, let’s make this the best year yet to come. I’m gonna chase all my dreams.

I can’t wait to see what comes next 💕

Repost from: @openbooktori So, we’ve all waiting for Bridgerton again while waiting for the next season, right? The suspense is killing me!

Can we talk about how the show finally celebrates real women with real curves? We love to see it! 💃🏽
