Finding beauty in the changing seasons. 🍂🎨

In this painting, vibrant autumn leaves meet cool shades of turquoise, with rain-like textures adding a quiet, dreamy feeling. For me, it’s a reminder to pause, embrace change, and appreciate the little moments of beauty around us.

With love,
Fatima Farzana ❤️

Last Tuesday, I had such a good time visiting this initiative, by Edutainment Productions Inc. / Open Space Arts. I learned about the vision behind it, and heard so much about all of the work going into bringing it to life.

It’s always exciting to see people creating new ways for art and culture to be part of our everyday spaces and experiences.

I hope everyone gets a chance to check it out, support the artists and people making it happen, and spend some time with the work!

Rehearsing Reality™: The 4 Domains of Development.
Prepare. Engage. Experience. Transform.

We help young people build the mindset, skills, confidence, and real-world readiness to navigate what’s next.

Because development doesn’t happen in one moment—it happens through experiences that prepare people, engage communities, turn learning into action, and create lasting change.

Build lasting change. Strengthen your people, programs, and community.

The next workforce gap is not access to AI.

It is human readiness for AI.

As AI transforms jobs, the question is no longer simply whether people can use the technology. The deeper question is whether they are prepared to think, adapt, communicate, exercise judgment, and lead when the answers are not obvious.

Can people question an AI-generated answer?

Can they adapt when a role changes?

Can managers lead people through uncertainty?

Can teams communicate across human and technological systems?

Can emerging workers demonstrate what they can actually do?

These are not just technology questions. They are workforce infrastructure questions.

REHEARSING REALITY™ is building the human infrastructure needed for an AI-transformed world.

Calling all my DMV art lovers: the emotional-support florals are leaving the studio. 🌸🎨

Join me this Saturday, August 22, from 5–9 PM for the opening reception of UNBOUND, my solo contemporary art exhibition at @tabernacle_whitebox in College Park, Maryland.

Expect bold color, oversized botanical paintings, layered texture, joyful chaos, and one very excited artist trying to act normal about seeing it all installed. 😂

Bring a friend, come say hi, and experience the work at full scale.

📍9215 51st Avenue, Unit 15
College Park, MD 20740

Save this, share it with your favorite art lover, and I’ll see you Saturday.

In service,
Sam

Rehearsing Reality.

Life shouldn’t be the first place young people practice high-stakes moments.

AI. Automation. Work. Learning. Decision-making. Human skills.

We create spaces where young people can rehearse what’s next—before the stakes are real.
