You can’t really rest. You understand your emotions better than you feel them. And your body is asking you to stop, but you keep going.

If you recognised yourself in one of these 3 signs, this is not a problem to fix. It’s an invitation to let go.

Sacred, Wild & Mystic — A Return to Your Essence

A new single dropped today: Ong Lakshman - with @atmasantokh

I know why I have attained the one day retreat @prosperous.artist today in Paris organized by @opheduvillard and @eva__reinhold : because Ong Lakshman is the perfect mantra to connect to wealth and abundance frequency, can but doesn’t exclusively attract money, wealth and abundance - prosperity can mean happiness, joy, peace and harmony, too ✨🫶💫

Thank you for your luxurious presence in my life.
I literally feel that I exist in all of you, because of you and with you 🫶 thank you for collaborating, coexisting, coliving and cocreating with me in the same space, vortex, frequency and lifetime 🧡🩷🤍✨

Music and singing are my passion. Creating music is the real prosperity 💫💫💫

The question behind every other question people ask us: what does a day look like?

No two editions are the same - the programme moves with the group. But drawing on the ones before, here is the shape a day could take.

Morning. Breath. Kundalini Yoga, carried by live music. Then cold water in the river, for whoever wants it. The water is cold in late October - that isn’t an accident either ;)

Lunch, and then space. Not an activity. Space is part of the design.
Afternoon. Cacao, somatic movement, shadow work, voice, intimacy, creative play - one of those, or several, guided throughout by the sound of an organic DJ set. Usually the part of the day where things stop being comfortable.

Evening. Dinner together, and then the evening finds its own rhythm: live music, chant, ritual, a fire, tantra, a Temple Night, dance, silence. Nobody goes to bed early. Nobody minds.

And here is what matters more than any timetable. The architecture is set - the practices, the rhythm, the agreements, the people holding the space. What happens inside it moves with the group.

Every edition is different, because every group is different. Yours would be too.

A Return to Your Essence — 29 October to 1 November 2026, Ardèche. Sixteen people. Held entirely in English.

Applications are open and we read every one. Link in bio.

Most retreats have a playlist. We have two musicians, for four days.

Bruno Arcaine is the one who makes you sing. Voice and guitar - singing circles, intuitive chant, improvisation. His work is vocal liberation: freeing the voice as a way back to yourself.
@brunoarcaine

SELVA is the one who moves the whole room. Electronic architecture, organic percussion, frequency work. His musical flow will carry us through the whole journey.
@selva.wav

And here is why live, and not a playlist.

Sound reaches what words cannot. The body answers a note before the mind has time to explain it. A voice in a room. A rhythm nobody chose in advance. And something held for years quietly lets go - not because anything was explained, but because something old moved.

One brings your voice out. One takes the whole room somewhere. That’s what four days with live music does.

A Return to Your Essence — 29 October to 1 November 2026, Ardèche. Sixteen people. Held entirely in English.

Applications are open and we read every one. Link in bio.

“My life is beautiful. And I don’t feel alive.”

Someone said that to us. She wasn’t in crisis. She wasn’t unwell. She just couldn’t say it out loud to anyone.

It rarely arrives as a crisis. It arrives on an ordinary Tuesday, in the middle of a life that works perfectly well. A good life. One you built on purpose.

You catch yourself managing it instead of living it. Thinking before you feel. Anticipating before you move. Editing what you actually wanted to say, a half-second before you say it.

And that’s the difficult part. Nothing is wrong in your life. No crisis, nothing broken. No story to tell, no event to point at — only a distance that quietly widens.

And here’s the trap: more understanding will not close it. You’ve read the books. You’ve done the work. You can name every pattern you’re standing in. The gap isn’t in your head, so your head can’t reach it.

A Return to Your Essence - 29 October to 1 November 2026, in the Ardèche. Sixteen people. Held entirely in English.

Applications are open and we read every one. Link in bio.

And if any of this landed - write to me. I answer everyone.

There are gatherings, and there are moments when a field forms.

Looking back at these images, what remains is not the scale of the week — the stages, the music, the ceremonies under the stars. It is the faces. Hundreds of people who came from across the planet, arrived as strangers, and gave themselves fully to whatever the days would ask.

This is what we mean when we speak of Sangat. Not a group gathered in one place, but a living field where each person holds the space for everyone else to transform. What moves through that field reaches further than any individual practice can travel alone.

Deep gratitude to every soul who came, who practiced, who opened. To the artists who brought their whole hearts to this land. To the Seva teams who worked before dawn so that everything could hold. Everything that is not given is lost and here, so much was given.

The land continues its work through the darker months. Brahm Kvach around the sacred fire. The Breakthrough. Trance Dance as the veil grows thin. The Dark Retreat. The Sacred Nights that close the year. And in August, the field gathers again.

Until then, carry it in you. What was awakened here belongs to your daily life now.
