What a GREAT time meeting and hanging with @asher52 in The Liliko’i Lounge! After his incredibly informative and thought provoking seminar at Tikehau, in which he emphasized the importance of “storytelling,” we shared some drinks and laughs and “talked story” in The Liliko’i Lounge. Thanks for joining us Jason and Kailee!! We’re already looking forward to next time!

Homemade Loco Moco. Hawaiian Breakfast Of Champions. We’ve had it from all over the Island and I contend that Nalu’s Southshore Grill makes the best “Restaurant Loco Moco” you can find on Maui but, nothing beats the one you can make at home. Now, if I can only get the secret recipe for Nalu’s Mac Salad (also the best on the Island), this would be complete!

Thanks to all of you who came to celebrate the Holiday Season with us in The Liliko’i Lounge!! It was a Krazy Kristmas Karaoke Party! On the menu was An Old Fashioned Holiday, created by Robert with Baking Spice Flavors, Black Walnut Bitters and Rye Whiskey and, a Grasshopper for some Mint Chocolatey goodness!! Also, everyone flipped for my Mom’s Holiday Wine Cake! A family tradition since the 70s!
We sang, we drank, we laughed and we ate! We must also congratulate our Winner and Runner Up of the Christmas Music Trivia Game, Nick and Natalie! (It was a tie so they leg wrestled for the top spot.
Such a wonderful time! We love our People!
Happy Holidays from Robert and Joel and, The Liliko’i Lounge!!

Yuletide preparations begin
as Santa with his Coconut Mug moves in.
The bulbs we are hanging.
The tins will be banging.
There will be music and song
as our friends sing along.
So grab another bin,
The joy is rushing in.
Rum, Wine or Beer
Our Christmas Gatherings
are almost here.

Aloha, ohana.

A close friend of the tiki community and member of the @ventikivta family is having some health challenges—and we’re hoping you can help.

A recent stay in the hospital followed by rehab at home has brought on financial hardship.

We’ve launched a @gofundme campaign and big or small, any donation will help: $5, $50, $500. Just give.

Please share this on your social media, spread the word among all your friends and let’s show what it really means to be part of this amazing tiki community.

Mahalo!

Bummed to see our pal Woody head back for the Mainland today but, we all had such a fun week together! The only real bummer was not having Laura here too but, I know we’ll all be together again before we know it. The Claycombs, Joel and I will party on in your absence though. 😆. Love and Aloha my friend!

Europe will cure whatever ails you! Side effects may include carbs, cobblestones, happiness, and an excessive amount of spritz
