Busy moms don’t always make it to the gym, but you can be a fun mom again. Keeping your hormones optimized, allows you to have the energy to go on a hike, or play outside with your kids. Make the memories….and set an example to prioritize your health.

all that training, and nutrition work with a messed up toe... and the long haired 5'9 muscular saiyan hybrid warrior has reached close to peak muscle performance in check-ins for Men's Physique Bodybuilding. he's 197lbs on flat, has a plot twist for nutritional value, and the training continues. not bad for a guy with low self-esteem. today, we hit upper. lets run it.

COWABUNGA !

The hardest part of a weight-loss journey isn’t starting. It’s staying consistent when life gets busy.

I just got home from two weeks of vacation, and honestly, I was a little worried about losing the momentum I’ve worked so hard to build.

So I made time to train while I was away. Not because I had to, but because taking care of myself has become part of who I am.

Now I’m home, and I’m not starting over. I’m picking up right where I left off.

That’s what 1% better means to me. 💪🔥
