Massive 50th for over 100 guests in a one-of-a-kind space I always love coming back to.

You can tell it was once owned by Ronnie Di Stasio — a proper commercial kitchen, built by a chef who knew exactly what mattered. Just check this hood out.

Wild to think this is the same kitchen where Anthony Bourdain filmed during his season Down Under, cooking alongside Tetsuya Wakuda, Armando Percuoco and Neil Perry.

As usual, caught up in the moment — finished-plate photos are rare — but here are a few things from the few days there leading up to the event!

Best meal is with good friends and a properly boiled chicken on table. 🐔
