Two weeks until Cert III is done. That feels fucking weird to even write.

This morning was pretty standard at this point. Train. Eat again. Get the schoolwork sorted. Write out three exercise plans. Then walk inside and find someone unlucky enough to let me put one of them to work 😂

That’s probably the biggest thing that’s changed lately.

A few weeks ago it was all just stuff I was learning.

Now I’m actually starting to use it.

Build the session. Coach it. Watch what happens. Fix what sucks. Keep what works. Go again.

That’s the shit I care about.

Not just getting through the course. Actually becoming fucking good at this.

This whole year has basically been one giant rebuild anyway. Body. Career. Skills. Business. Everything.

Two weeks left until Cert III. If you’ve been following the rebuild already, stick around. This is where more of it starts becoming real.

WOW, what a day!

Spent the morning at Prime Fit learning all about lifts, focusing on technique, and getting hands-on practice trying it all out.🏋🏻‍♀️

I got to try some new lifts I’ve never done before and absolutely loved them!
Thank you @aliyahbarlow.fitt @ordr.of.execution @lesley_sofield for hyping me up 💕💕

Thank you so much @fitcollegeperth and @prime.fit_ for the amazing opportunity!

If the data doesn’t change the decision, you’re not tracking shit. You’re collecting numbers.

Sleep. Recovery. RIR. Weight. Reps. Calories. Cool.

But what actually changes because of it?

That was the problem I wanted to solve.

Recovery goes in. Training data goes in. The engine makes the decision, gives you the why, then you execute.

What started as an ugly fucking spreadsheet became the Execution Engine.

If fitness with a little less guessing makes sense to you, follow along. This thing is only just getting started.

Being fit doesn’t mean you’re good at everything. Today was another fucking reminder of that.

I can train hard. I can throw backflips. I can hang off a bar for four minutes.

But years of horse riding have left parts of my body tighter than a fucking drum 😂

And for years I’ve just worked around it.

Today we covered flexibility programming, so now I’m turning the spotlight straight back on myself.

20 minutes. Every second day. From now until the course finishes.

Build the plan. Run the plan. Measure what changes.

That’s it.

No pretending the weak points aren’t there because the strong stuff looks good on Instagram.

What’s your weak link? Not your best lift. Not the shit you’re proud of. The thing you KNOW needs work. Drop it below.

A workout can absolutely smoke you and still be programmed like shit.

That distinction is becoming clearer every fucking day.

This week isn’t just “pick some exercises and make people sweat.” We’re actually breaking down why movements are selected, where they belong, how the session is structured and what outcome the whole thing is supposed to drive.

Yesterday was strength, cardiovascular and bodyweight programming.

Today we keep building.

There’s another 7 or 8 different programs to get through over the next few days and I’m genuinely fucking loving this unit.

Because the deeper I get into this, the more obvious it becomes:

A workout is a list. A program has a reason.

What’s the worst workout you’ve ever been given where it felt like someone just threw random shit together? 😂 Drop it below.

Instagram tried to bench me for three days. Cute 😂

Straight back into it.

Today is group fitness programming, and we’re officially only three weeks out from Cert III.

That’s fucking wild.

Every day that room gets a little better. Not because any of us know everything, but because we keep showing up and putting the work in.

Today’s job: learn how to take a bunch of exercises and turn them into something that actually makes sense.

A workout is a list. A program has a reason.

If you’ve been following the study journey, drop a 👊 below. And if you’re learning this shit too, tell me what part of programming you find hardest.

Fifteen years in operations taught me that data without a decision is just wasted letters and numbers on a piece of paper.

A spreadsheet isn’t automatically intelligence.

A dashboard isn’t automatically a system.

And a workout log doesn’t tell you what should happen next.

That’s why I built the Execution Engine.

Your recovery data goes in.

The Engine decides which rules are available.

GREEN allows progression to be earned.

YELLOW holds progression.

RED reduces the demand and removes upward progression.

Then your actual performance takes over.

Your working sets matter.

Your reps matter.

Your load matters.

Your RIR matters.

Your weakest set matters.

Your weaker side matters.

Nothing is increased because you felt good.

Nothing is held because someone got nervous.

Nothing is guessed because evidence is missing.

Hold.

Increase.

Big Increase.

Or Incomplete.

Every number has a job.

Every input affects a decision.

Every decision leaves a record.

If the data doesn’t trigger, constrain or prove a decision, why the fuck are we collecting it?

That isn’t workout tracking.

That’s a performance system.

Eighteen years ago, I moved to WA.

This cunt was the very first person I spoke to.

He isn’t just my best mate. He’s my fucking day one.

So when I jumped headfirst into this journey with no guarantees and no proof it would work, Daniel blindly followed me anyway.

He trusted me because it was me.

Now, 38 days later, he’s gone from 97.9 kg to 94.1 kg.

Only 3.8 kg on the scale.

But look at the fucking difference.

That’s why this transformation means more to me than I can properly explain.

I get to help change my best friend’s life while building the life we both deserve.

Eighteen years later, we’re still backing each other.

Still building.

Still moving forward.

Fucking proud of you, brother.

This is only the beginning.

This isn’t another fitness page posting recycled workouts and motivational quotes.

Order of Execution is being built to track the inputs, make the decisions, keep the record and show what actually moves the needle.

Recovery goes in.
Training goes in.
Progress gets recorded.
The next decision comes back out.

Less guessing. More evidence. Better execution.

Open Beta is live.
