✨GO AND FIND YOUR FREE✨
Becoming a mother has taught me many things. But one profound learning my boys remind me of every day, is to nurture and make space for your free spirit.

The feeling of freedom, of openness, of fun, of authenticity, we can often overlook as adults.

I was lucky enough to spend this weekend in the mountains with amazing friends, out in nature, using my body physically, putting one foot in front of the other.

Climbing a mountain has so many metaphors for life, and there was something very liberating about only having headspace to focus on getting up the next piece of rocky terrain, and using every ounce of will power and determination to move forward.

So this post is your reminder to go and find your free, and reconnect with nature. Believe me, you won’t realise how much you need it, until you are in it!🏔☀️

Much love Jen xx

Wow!

Do you ever reflect back on what you’ve done over the last few years?! I recommend it! When you’re busy scrolling through social media, getting that imposter syndrome and start comparing your chapter 3 to others chapter 33 then look back at what you’ve achieved.

I believe in divine timing! Is the business where I hoped it would be by now? Honestly no! But Covid had other ideas.

But look at what we have achieved. I say we because I couldn’t have done it without some special people saying yes…

💙 Launched in 2019- thanks to those who agreed to speak at our events @lucywithawhy1 @katiehelliwellpsychicmedium @authorsandco @loatwins to name a few
💚 Our first event was launched in Solihull that I didn’t run thanks to @moodlifterpt @houseofhairhostess
💛 I met @aliswiftuk and asked her to be my business partner in 2021
🧡I hosted an online event for so many women with 40 speakers in lockdown- thanks to you all @thequeenbeedani @lisajohnsonstrategist @iamkerrylyons @websitewingwoman
❤️ Launched an Inspire and Connect candle thanks to @momentscandlesco
💜 Launched a podcast thanks to Anna and featured in @annaparnap
❤️ Wrote articles for a magazine
🧡 Now have 10 meet ups across the UK thanks to amazing women that said yes to the opportunity and have the same passion as we do @penelopelayzell @senedkitchen @fayedaly10 @thedisabilitydiva @ninaaspencer @moodlifterpt @houseofhairhostess @proudlifecoach to name a few
💛 We have the best community and Members. We are so grateful 🥰

We cannot wait to see what happens in the next 3 years!

What a privilege to guide so many individuals through a short ‘stretch and release’ yoga practice, followed by a long guided meditation last night. It was the first Monday 8pm class of 2022 and what better way to kick off than with heaps of relaxation and ‘me time’!

Please swipe for the Rest & Reset Class dates.

Please contact me if you would like to be added to the Monday 8pm waiting list or if you would like to join the Monday 7pm online class which has spaces.

If you don’t want to commit to a regular yoga practice, but are looking for a monthly rest and reset this could be for you ☺️
