Meet Colin McHugh - CDC at @oriolechi in Chicago.
He applied for The Lineup in bed at night. His girlfriend Maddie asked what he was doing, looked us up, and said “you should really do this.” So he did.

Got a seat at Colin’s dinner (11/12)? Tell Maddie thanks for us. The dinner is sold out, but you can still join the waitlist on the Resy event page (link in bio). More from Colin and the rest of our Lineup Chicago chefs coming soon.

Such a beautiful, thoughtful experience from beginning to end at @oriolechi . We had such a wonderful evening—amazing dishes with creative flavors, and the staff was incredible and so personable. Limited to 20 photos here but just know I captured every single dish. 😁
