Mimo drzew dookoła i śliskich kamieni udało się złowić naprawdę ciekawą ilość lipieni wszelkich rozmiarów, a ten jeden rzeczywiście zrobił mi dzień.

I got the incredible honor to organize and host the winner of the Sportsman's Warehouse @sportsmans_warehouse and Field & Stream @fieldandstream Ultimate Fishing Adventure Giveaway. With Bozeman's @fieldandstreamlodges as home base, three rivers were fished, new friends were made, wildlife experienced up close and beautiful fish were caught. Tom got to experience some of the best of the best. And I feel like the lucky one to be a part of this. Thank you Patrick for a great day of wade fishing! @orosfishing @tirade75 thank you for teaching and netting like a pro. @riverstonemontana @devon.zuck couldn't have asked for a better float down the Yellowstone River full of what Montana is known for. @andrew.hitchcock the content boat was fun! @riversideanglers @third_fly_blind best last day ever! The Madison providing the sweetest ending to the ultimate fishing adventure. And lastly but most important, thank you @tjbrass1776 for being an amazing and gracious winner. You relished every moment, brought excitement and joy to each day and I'm grateful I got to be apart of this. #flyfishing #giveawaywinner #montana #fish #winner

Out here training to keep up with @orosfishing on the river. Training any version of a lateral lunge or Cossack squat will take you far. And yes, there are many ways to regress and slowly build the capacity to accomplish this movement pattern. Progress it by racking some additional weight with a kettlebell or dumbbell.💪
