I genuinely don’t have words for this one. 🥹

13.2 miles today. A PR. The longest I have ever run in my life.

It is absolutely insane to me that Saturdays now include casually running a half marathon. 😂

But this one means even more. The last time I ran 13.1, was 5 years ago. Today-I beat her time on a training run.

@robinnyc my coach- says it all the time: we are not too old. It is not too late. We are not decaying. And damn, does it feel good to prove that to myself.

Old Rachel can’t come to the phone right now. Why? Oh, ’cause she’s dead. ☠️😂

Exhausted. Relieved. Proud. And mostly just so grateful.

Grateful that I get to train along this beach, which still feels like an actual dream. 🌊 And incredibly grateful to every single person who supported my fundraising and helped make it possible for me to be completely locked in on this training and getting to that NYC starting line. 🗽

There’s nothing I love more than getting to celebrate you and your life, your heart, your light. Being by your side on your birthday felt like such a gift.

We’ve walked through so much together, and I don’t take a single step of it for granted. Sky daddy knew exactly what He was doing when we were placed on the same path long enough for us to find something this real—one of the most genuine, honest, and truly healthy friendships I’ve ever known. @orple_haze

And maybe what means the most… our girls get to grow up watching it. Watching how we show up, how we love, how we choose each other and nourish our sisterhood again and again.
Happy birthday to my soul sister. I’m so grateful for you-always.💜🧡💜🧡

I thought 2024 was my year to run the NYC Marathon.
Instead, I broke my body trying to prove something.

I ran through pain for months until a doctor finally said the words no runner wants to hear…

This year I’m going back.
Not to compete.
To complete.

And this time I’m running for something bigger than me.

I’m running with Team for Kids to keep after school programs free for under resourced youth.

Every $250 funds one child for a full year.
My goal: 20
👯‍♀️I’d be honored if you helped me get there.

This month, every lash tells a story of strength, courage, and community. 💗
Our Pink Bow Edition Liquid Lash Extensions Mascara donates 100% of proceeds in October to support and research breast cancer awareness. Same award-winning formula. Even bigger impact!
Together, we’re lifting more than lashes. #BiggerThanBeauty #ThriveCausemetics

San Francisco nights, sequins packed, spirits high.
I get to watch Life of a Showgirl in city by bay with one of humans I care about most, kind of friend who matches my energy, loves a theme, and believes in showing up fully dressed for vibe. 🪩 @orple_haze

Big shout out to our husbands for giving us space to escape for a night, dress up, lean into sparkle, and just breathe in joy. 💖

World feels heavy right now, which is exactly why I’m making a vow to lean into rare, pure moments of collective joy, kind that lifts vibration of room just by choosing to show up for it.

Say what you will about album, I think it’s exactly one I needed: light footed, effervescent, safe, confident … sound of remembering that it’s okay to enjoy enjoying life. 💫

So here’s to sequins and shared joy as quiet resistance, to friendship that feels like a standing ovation.
Or as our favorite showgirl reminds us: “Never let anyone make you feel silly for being excited about something that makes you happy.” 🪞💃🏽

memorial day for me is about the importance of the practice of returning to the root. the wisdom, the connection, the rhythm, the infinite space. all that other bs is just an attempt to distract us.. see y’all on the mat. #hotyoga #26and2yoga #bikramyoga @blackyogateachersalliance

.
I like the way the stretch marks
on my thighs look human.
And that we’re so soft
yet rough and jungle wild
when we need to be.
I love that about us.
How we’re so capable
of feeling.
How unafraid we are
of breaking.
And tend to our wounds
with grace.
Just being a woman,
calling myself a woman,
makes me utterly
whole and complete.

And the beautiful @elina_little_window and @acmesledgeworks took my breath away with their beauty, love and grace. Thanks for the magic you two!
