🚫🚭🍸 Before stepping into the world of surgery, let’s talk about three things you should steer clear of: 1. Smoking: 🚭 Kicking this habit before surgery is crucial. Smoking can interfere with blood circulation, making it harder for your body to heal. It’s a risk factor for complications. Your surgeon will likely advise quitting well in advance. 2. Alcohol: 🍸 Booze and surgery don’t mix well. Alcohol can thin your blood, increasing the risk of bleeding during and after surgery. It can also interact with anesthesia and pain medications. Follow your surgeon’s advice on abstaining. 3. Unverified Facebook Groups and Threads: 🌐 While online communities can be supportive, they’re not always reliable sources of information. Misguided advice or horror stories can add to pre-surgery anxiety. Trust verified medical sources and your surgeon’s guidance instead. Your surgery journey should be safe, smooth, and well-informed. Avoiding these three can make a world of difference. You know that feeling when someone looks you straight in the eyes and asks how you’re doing? How are you REALLY doing? It’s connection at its finest. It’s in those spaces and nuances of life that trust is formed and relationships are built. Connection builds the foundation for your business, not only with your direct team, but the clients and customers you ultimately serve. When people know they can trust you, it changes everything. It’s vulnerable to share your heart, to share your dreams. But, when someone has a safe place to land, it shifts the atmosphere. The beautiful thing about connection these days, is that it can happen through a variety of mediums. It’s no longer just about face-to-face, though that is incredibly important. It’s also about showing up in the virtual space, engaging with your clients and the beginning of deeper conversations. Charizma Co. wants to connect with you to offer that very same feeling to your business. Featuring a collection created for @ortizwellness Brian Ortiz who thrives connecting with his clients because working on the body requires a lot of trust. In what ways can we as a team help you reach the clients you long to build connections with? We’d love to know. 📞Schedule a consultation today to go on a brand journey that will create greater opportunities. Link in bio.
