From script to screen, the magic really came alive, especially working with a fellow dancer & karateka @aoi.nakamura8! 🎬✨ Had a great time teaching her the stunts, her karate background helped bring so much to the action to make her shine. Flashback to an incredible experience designing the fight choreography and stunt doubling for the amazing @aoi.nakamura8 in @itslooroll LVRA’s short film Soft Like Steel! This shoot was intense, with quick costume changes to bring both sides to life, but the production team truly made something special.

So my treasure island tale is over. This was one of the most amazing and intense acting jobs I've ever done. I couldn't of done it without all the amazing cast and crew, I honestly lucked out with how wonderful everyone was. I'll miss laughing with you and seeing your faces everyday. LOVE YOU! 🏴‍☠️💗

Got the film back from that beautiful EP launch! Here I am totally beaming.

As I said in one of my stories, this night meant so much to me and was truly special, and that's not just instagram caption chat - I'm telling you guys this was something UNIQUELY special for me. I have so much love in my heart for those were there physically and in spirit.

When I started planning this event my intention was always to allow musicologist Prof Clarke to provoke some interesting ideas and thoughts on how/why music makes us feel all sorts of things - I was exposed to so many cool new ways of thinking about music from working with him over the past few years and I wanted you guys to experience some of that too. What we ended up covering was so much more than just that - I didn't think it'd get so personal, but it did. It was really sweet, and I think what helped it get to such intimate levels was the fact that so many of my close friends, old and new, were there - particularly Jules and Abi who chaired the discussions. Those two know my artistic and personal sides through and through so of course they were the perfect hosts. Safe to say, I was pretty damn wakeful after this event. I'll never forget, thanks so much for being part of it. Here are some of the pics but I hear more will be posted on @vasukisound page soon : )
