I joined and coordinated a meaningful gathering over three days in late March in Paris with a network of artists, community organizers, researchers and activists in Paris at Cité Internationale des Arts.

I was invited to be part of a larger and awesome @wonder.cabinet residency process as both a facilitator and community organizer.

Tomorrow, Friday, August 21 at 10am eastern, 4pm in Paris and 5pm in Palestine @radioalhara, we will air a mixtape of music selected by workshop participants, tune-in at radioalhara.net

The mixtape is called REAL IDEAS CROSS ALL COLONIAL LINES

Thank you to Dina, Martha, Hussein, Dror, Aude, Marina and Jeanne for all suggesting excellent tracks for this mixtape!

These wonderful photos of the workshops and street art session were taken by the awesome @nuagezd

The photos illustrate collective poster making that friends from @formesdesluttes facilitated, we cut out materials which were then designed into posters which have been distributed in the thousands at Palestine solidarity rallies in France, visit my bio for a link to the posters, from which you can also download.

There were two group discussion that involved @formesdesluttes, also the wonderful Marseille based artist @joan.baz, organizer author @drorsinehebdo, researchers at both @grain_org, as the Madagascar diaspora organizing association @collectif_tany

I wanted to particularly thank @elias.anastas, Yousef Anastas, @ilariasperi at the Wonder Cabinet for helping to create the infrastructure for these gatherings and a particular shout out to the awesome artist @ayedarafah who joined us to share about his practice and exchange ideas.

Hi everyone!

In early winter 2024 I got the chance to record @morphine_records_raum with @aidanbakermusic on guitar and Andy Ozbolt @aquarianrenegade on harp in Berlin.

@rabih__beaini engineered the record along side Lucas Brell. That same evening we performed to a room full of wonderful folks in the city. @davidaugustx generally took this short video from the live set.

In a couple of months @oscarson_label in Germany will be releasing our trio recording on vinyl, with artwork by @valentina.gonzo. Thank you so much to Matthias for working so hard to get everything done and to Jannik Plackties for the careful work on mastering the audio.

A big thanks to my friend @legoldston for first introducing me to Aidan around my first visit to Berlin in 2022, that connection sparked this collaboration a couple of years later!

This isn't the formal announcement, but a sneak peek! Also a shout out to @narcynarce for gifting the @maktaba.bookshop shirt I am wearing!

The test pressing of my upcoming album 'Night Music' has finally arrived!

These tracks were born in my summer studio in Irpinia, a peaceful refuge where I usually escape the city heat. This place, its silence and its landscapes deeply inspired every single note of this record, which will be out this autumn.

A new single 'Summer Night' is coming on Friday, July 24th. You can pre-save it now via the link in bio!

mare immobile – mare immobile (excerpt1)

The debut release from my new project is now available as a limited-edition 12-inch single-sided lathe-cut vinyl + CD.
Released by @oscarson_label (Germany)

Evoking the sea not as imagery but as a condition of listening, mare immobile inhabits the edges of silence, where change occurs slowly, almost imperceptibly, and time begins to dissolve.

“A quiet form of motion, unfolding below perception.”
