🔵⚪️ THIS IS WHAT CLUB LOOKS LIKE.

There is something pretty special about these photos.

They were taken during our Reserve Grade Grand Final victory over USC. On one side of the rope, our supporters are watching, waiting, hoping. Then the final whistle goes... and suddenly there is no sideline. 😂

They’re running. They’re celebrating. They’re jumping all over the boys. Players, mates, juniors, seniors, families and supporters all caught up in one incredible moment of pure jubilation, pride and victory.

And that is exactly why these photos mean so much more than a Grand Final.

That Reserve Grade Premiership belonged to the players who took the field, but the moment belonged to an entire club.

It belonged to the juniors standing on the sideline who can now see exactly where the Brothers pathway can take them. To the former juniors already pulling on senior jerseys. To our Women, Girls 7’s and junior teams who created their own incredible moments throughout 2026. To the coaches, managers and volunteers who give so much. To the parents and families who spend their weeks getting players to training and their weekends standing beside rugby fields.

And it belonged to the people who simply love this club.

We talk a lot about pathways at Brothers. They aren’t just about moving a player from juniors into seniors. They’re about creating a club where generations mix, where our younger players grow up knowing our senior players, where teams support teams and where everyone feels part of something bigger than the game they play on Saturday.

That is what you can see in these photos.

The final whistle blows and everyone runs in together.

No divisions. No age groups. No grades.

Just Brothers. 🔵⚪️🔵 What a moment. What a season. What a club.

The Family Club.

@adrianbell_photography for the awesome running snaps! 📸

Took the @academy_bulldogs boys through their starts today, mainly fixing their push-offs.

First session in and the difference was clear. Arm splits and finer details will come but they were shifting back before going forward, so we cleaned that up.

This is why wed prioritise sprint training in the off-season for field and court based! You already do conditioning, gym (get an individualised programme) and skills in pre-season/in-season.

Now Imagine 👀 8-12 weeks of this, 2 to 3x a week …OI 🔥 💨

The rugby world is a small world, but filled with people who want to help each other and help rugby succeed. Today’s conversation with @oschwalger was a prime example of that. She was in Australia, I am in the UK, but we were able to come together to discuss (as women who work in the sport and mothers of rugby players) the US collegiate rugby scene and opportunities that exist for boys and girls in America. Thanks for your time, Oneata!! #uscollegerugby #scholarships #recruitment

WHAT A SEASON, WOMEN’S A GRADE

Sometimes a season is measured in wins and losses. Sometimes it’s measured in heart, resilience, growth and the people standing beside you when it gets tough.

For our A Grade Women, this season has been about exactly that. It hasn’t always been easy. There have been challenges, tough games and plenty of moments where this group has had to dig deep. But through it all, they kept turning up. They kept working. They kept building. And most importantly, they kept playing for each other.

Saturday summed up their season perfectly.

Nothing left in the tank. Nothing given away.

Full-time scores were locked together, sending the game into 14 minutes of extra time. Both teams found points, neither team willing to give an inch, and when it was finally over the scoreboard read 18–18.

Unfortunately, that was where our girls’ season came to an end.

But what a way to finish.

The heart. The determination. The fight. The willingness to keep getting back up and go again for the teammate beside you. That is what this team has become.

To our players, coaches, support staff, families and everyone who has been part of this Women’s program this year, thank you. Be incredibly proud of what has been built.

The scoreboard might say the season is finished, but this group has taken another massive step forward.

Heads high, girls. What a fight. What a team. What a season. 🔵⚪️🔵

One Club. The Family Club.

I boarded a plane to the Gold Coast 12 months ago.

Then this happened.

I met an amazing group of individuals.

We now have partnerships and friendships.

I talk to them weekly.

We're just getting started.

LA was one of those moments that challenged me to step up and recalibrate.

Thanks to @jtfoxxofficial, I had an amazing opportunity to speak on stage with JT at Mega Success 20 in front of 1,400 entrepreneurs from 78 countries, one of the biggest business events in the globe hosted by JT & his world class team.

We discussed partnering in Ai, why the construction industry is about to enter a very different chapter, the self storage industry and how the next wave of innovation is going to separate the teams that talk from the teams that execute.

Sharing the stage lineup with people like John Paul DeJoria, Kris Jenner, Mario Lopez and Michael Richards was a big highlight.

But the biggest takeaways were simple and timeless:

- Relationship capital compounds
- Double down on yourself
- Lead with value and the opportunities take care of themselves

What’s one relationship or room that changed the way you think about what’s possible?
