JUST START 🚀
Will you be cringe? YES🫣 Good, that means you started. Will you say “um” forty times and accidentally swear? Welcome to my channel 😂 Lighting terrible? YES. Record yourself a hundred times and not post? ALSO YES 🤦🏽‍♀️

Nobody taught me this either. I still waste hours jumping between apps for captions while screens literally drain my soul. Work in progress. Loudly. In public 😂

Here’s the truth on what people will say:
Those who know you “you’re an attention seeker”
Those who don’t “glad you showed up”
Ignore the first group. They’ll come around or they won’t. Who cares, either way, keep going.

One rule: stop chasing likes, views, comments and start chasing reps. You’re going to be awful 😂 That’s not an opinion, that’s physics. You’re bad at everything before you’re good at it. Content is no different. I hate being in front of screens!

It doesn’t have to be perfect. It doesn’t have to be polished. It just has to exist and be you.

I’m still figuring this shit out. Genuinely 😂 But I’m doing it moving, not waiting. Thought pops in your head? Run it.

We’ve been through so much together changes, challenges, reinvention and watching you walk through this door is a moment we’ll never forget.

Go into this next chapter the way you came into the world: with energy ⚡️ aggression 😈 love ❤️ and laughter 🤭 Don’t lose any of that. Not one bit.

Don’t dim your light for NO ONE!

Soak this moment in.
This exact group of people, this exact season it’s fleeting. Most people don’t realise that until it’s gone. The friendships, the chaos, the inside jokes, the late nights they become the memories you carry for life. Be present for all of it.

Remember I’ll always be there to call you and your brother out if you’re being a peanut 🥜 ☝🏽 🤨 never what you want to hear but what you need to. We’ll make up over a movie 🎥 and snacks 😉 know it will always come from a place of love and experience.

As you step forward, go with an open heart and an even more open mind. Your heart knows what it wants let it lead. Challenges will come, they always do face every single one with a smile and the determination to prove your own doubts wrong and when doubt creeps in and it will remember whose son you are.

🔵⚪️ THIS IS WHAT CLUB LOOKS LIKE.

There is something pretty special about these photos.

They were taken during our Reserve Grade Grand Final victory over USC. On one side of the rope, our supporters are watching, waiting, hoping. Then the final whistle goes... and suddenly there is no sideline. 😂

They’re running. They’re celebrating. They’re jumping all over the boys. Players, mates, juniors, seniors, families and supporters all caught up in one incredible moment of pure jubilation, pride and victory.

And that is exactly why these photos mean so much more than a Grand Final.

That Reserve Grade Premiership belonged to the players who took the field, but the moment belonged to an entire club.

It belonged to the juniors standing on the sideline who can now see exactly where the Brothers pathway can take them. To the former juniors already pulling on senior jerseys. To our Women, Girls 7’s and junior teams who created their own incredible moments throughout 2026. To the coaches, managers and volunteers who give so much. To the parents and families who spend their weeks getting players to training and their weekends standing beside rugby fields.

And it belonged to the people who simply love this club.

We talk a lot about pathways at Brothers. They aren’t just about moving a player from juniors into seniors. They’re about creating a club where generations mix, where our younger players grow up knowing our senior players, where teams support teams and where everyone feels part of something bigger than the game they play on Saturday.

That is what you can see in these photos.

The final whistle blows and everyone runs in together.

No divisions. No age groups. No grades.

Just Brothers. 🔵⚪️🔵 What a moment. What a season. What a club.

Took the @academy_bulldogs boys through their starts today, mainly fixing their push-offs.

First session in and the difference was clear. Arm splits and finer details will come but they were shifting back before going forward, so we cleaned that up.

This is why wed prioritise sprint training in the off-season for field and court based! You already do conditioning, gym (get an individualised programme) and skills in pre-season/in-season.
