Balkan i Holandiju.

I ko smo mi u tom procesu potrage. Pokretima uz melodije i tekstove našeg podneblja i deljenje emocija i utisaka.

🧳Radionica je namenjena svima koji žive van zemlje porekla, govore naš jezik i žele nekoliko sati dubokog, sigurnog prostora u Amsterdamu.

💃 Trajanje: 2.5 sata

📅 Datum: 21.11. u 16h

📍Mesto održavanja: Studio Osmos (adresa: Nassaukade 162/163) Amsterdam

P.S. Na ovoj radionici nećete naučiti nove plesne
tehnike, ali ćete upoznati svoj unutrašnji ritam. 🎶

Dear Community,

You're warmly invited to our next Family Constellation Group Event.

Sunday 22nd of November, Amsterdam in the beautiful new location: Osmos Studio.

This all day event offers a safe, supportive space to explore the deeper layers of your life, find clarity, and reconnect with your inner strength.

What is Family Constellation?

It’s a powerful healing method that helps uncover hidden patterns and emotional entanglements in your family system—often passed down through generations. By bringing these unseen dynamics to light, we create space for understanding, release, and transformation.

There are limited spots available:

Question Holders – those who bring a personal issue to explore

Representatives – who take part in others’ constellations and often receive deep insights themselves

If you feel the call, I’d love to have you with us.

Check out the event details and reserve your spot through the link below:

REGISTRATION ENDS: 8th of November

With Love,

Anett

We’re hosting a workshop at @osmosstudio in Amsterdam.

Would you like to spend a day relaxing, exploring new sensory experiences and taking some conscious time for yourself? Would you like to discover exciting fragrance materials and create your own small perfume?

Then our workshop might be just right for you.

We want to create a day that gives you space to slow down, take time for yourself and discover something new.

We’ll start the afternoon with a relaxing Yin Yoga session. After a small coffee and tea break, Panthea will share insights into stress regulation and mindfulness.

To finish the day, we’ll host a perfume workshop. You’ll get to know a range of fragrance materials, explore and combine them, and create your own small perfume to take home with you.

If you’d like to learn more or sign up, just send us a message or email: sensory.reset.retreat@gmail.com

On October 18th, @iameleonoraricci, coach and multidisciplinary movement practitioner will return to host another one of her practices to help us find presence in our body through mindful movement.

You can expect gentle movement patterns, mindfulness-based techniques, and reflective dialogue that you can take with you to your everyday life, too. This one is for you if you’d like to move a little bit in a burnout-informed way with slowness and calm. 🌸

Vratila nas sebi i svom telu, opustila i umirila naše nervne sisteme. I usidrila nas u dahu.

Onda smo malo više upoznali nove koleginice i predstavili im grupu i naše namere i želje.

Pravnim, administrativnim, osiguravajućim i ostalim pitanjima.
