Artsy London where I met Van Gogh, Monet, Rousseau and gasped at just how beautiful every stroke of the brush and oil pastels were. The last one is one of the last paintings of Van Gogh before he died.

This composition is called Teentaal Transit and is based on a 16 beat Teentaal rhythmic cycle and the melody is Raag Bhimpalasi.

Thanks to these guys:

@tete_ischa : for the beautiful audio recording of this challenging live session.
@immanuel_bom : for his incredible camera work and video edit skills
@mailmenstudio : for tracking at the studio and the crisp and clear audio mix.

What a fantastic evening it turned out to be! @ateliermarcelhastir is a slice of cultural history & heritage in the heart of Brussels and an artistically and aesthetically magical venue to perform in! @otto_dejong drove all the way from Utrecht, Netherlands with his drumkit to perform with us with great energy and some real cool chops! A big thank you to @meghnashankar for identifying the venue and the concert arrangements! Rasna & Joel for the hospitality & care. Thanks to @rahulvenkit, despite his busy schedule for bringing all the sound for our performance!
Thanks to Joanna and the lovely audience and Erica who joined in with two songs. On our way to Italy now via Switzerland!

We shot two videos today with @erwin_tuijl on synthesizers at the legendary @mailmenstudio in Utrecht. Audio brilliantly captured by @tete_ischa and video captured by @immanuel_bom - this guy was performing behind the camera, really….
We can’t wait to share it with you. Stay tuned…
