Today we’re celebrating the incredible women of Jefferson Fit and the energy, strength, and community they bring through our doors every day.

Happy International Women’s Day to the women who lift each other up in every sense of the phrase. 💪

🤖 A robot led the way—and Jefferson Fit is on the move.

Our parade today was a huge success thanks to the energy and excitement of our members and staff. From Palm Ave to our new location at Links & Second, the Jefferson Fit family showed up strong. 💪

That robot leading the way? Just a hint of the innovation ahead.

Our new home will feature cutting-edge recovery and wellness tech designed to help you train smarter and recover better.

We can’t wait to open the doors in October—check out the links on our website to join the Jefferson Fit family today.
