Back in gear, new @overkillstrength suit is currently too tight to get into so we're in the TRX for the time being, if anyone has tips on getting into a single ply overkill ultimate suit they'd be much appreciated.

i'll be the first to admit I'm personally not a fan of the fed that made the recent rule change, for unrelated reasons.

I understand the politics, but at the end of the day, this is a sport for people trying to just simply better themselves the equipment you use or want to use shouldn't affect that.

I've competed in the sport with zero equipment and I've competed in about as much equipment as you can wear, and everything in between. At the end of the day, how you do it does not matter what only matters is that you keep doing it.

At the end of the day, if you don't like a rule change, there will always be a way to compete.

410kg/904lbs for my final, last warm up before the big show.

If nothing else, I want to bench the most gooderest in both meets. But we still gonna try n squeak out some good squats n deads as well, I’m told they’re important too? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Wrap basics. I’ll do a raw wrap video later on so sit tight on that. Things to keep in mind:
• This will look slightly different for every lifter based on what they need and how thick their knees are.
• You might wrap different, that’s great and I’m happy for you!
• @overkillstrength wraps are the best on the market

Last “rehab” post i’m going to write. These are atleast a week late, and about 120 days post my full pec tear and reattach ment - back over 600lbs on a straight bar squat, and over 400lbs on a raw bench in less than 4 months. I say it often, but GOD is so good. I GET to do this. I GET to put in this work. I am so fortunate to have this amazing team @backalleybarbell in my corner and Adam from @alignptlv - I didn’t think this was even possible - from day 1 he not only believed, but pushed me to do exactly that. I am grateful beyond words 🙏🏽
