Massive PB and 7th for International Runners at @pocarisportid 🙌🏼🩵 im hooked!!!

Absolutely buzzing and loved every minute of @pocarisportid half marathon at @themandalikagp 🏅my 2nd proper event and the 1st half marathon that I have properly trained for! So proud of my results and I’m hooked 💪🏼

Goal was sub 1.35hr Half Marathon - @strava said YES at 1.34.53 🏅 my chip time said “close but not close enough” at 1.35.35 🥈 but so happy with the whole run… ended up coming 7th across all international runners and 16th overall 👀👀👀

Such a great distance so find the balance between mind games and physical battles!!! Got faster as the race went on even with the 2 big hills in the 2nd half of the race, made so many PB’s at different distances, held it together in the humidity and absolutely blasted the last 5km in 21min 💪🏼💪🏼

So amazing to run with Kieron @overtheflipside at the race 🙌🏼 now to book the next one…

Sub 90 in motion and im coming for you

Isn’t the butterfly effect wild? One minute we were both working 9–5… the next we’re sitting by the ocean with our babies between us (minus Remi 🤍) @overtheflipside ❤️

Every hard decision, every sacrifice, every time we pushed against the norm has led us here.
We say this a lot, but this lifestyle gives so much more time outside, more presence with our babies, nourishing food, simple moments… like our kids drinking coconuts just for fun.
We’re so grateful for this life.

And take this with a pinch of Celtic sea salt… “normal life” is someone else’s dream life and that’s beautiful. But this is ours.

If you’ve been feeling the pull to do things differently, maybe this is your sign to take the leap whatever that looks like for you 🤍

Week 8

I’m so excited to commit to doing a weekly vlog for as long as we can! 🤍
We’ve had so many messages about travel and what it’s like living in Bali, and honestly even if we inspire just one family to take the leap and travel , that would mean everything to us.
