A huge part of mentoring student-athletes is helping them navigate something that often becomes inevitable at a high level: injuries…😬

Learning how to use those difficult seasons as opportunities for growth is so important. Huge thank you to Dr. Edward Benitez for being such an incredible resource to me and so many high-level athletes across the NFL, NBA, FIFA, college, and high school sports ⭐️

Colgate University bound, '27 twin guards @addisonmoon_ and @katie.moon21 of Highlands Ranch HS and Hardwood Elite. High level perimeter shooters, who are working to enhance their ability to create space and separation off the bounce now, making them even more dangerous on the offensive end. Talented, skilled young ladies who are also 2/5 of the famous “Twinlets” along with Valor triplets @katefuessel , @abbyfuessel, and @laurenfuessel Colgate and the Patriot League are getting two really good ones. As always, shoutout to my guy @micah.leslie for everything he does.

No matter your sport, your performance starts with knowing your engine. At E2O, we test VO2max in any modality — bike, run, ski, snowboard, hike, rock climb, martial arts… you name it, we can test it.

Your test will give you insights into:
⚡ The right training loads (time, wattage, speed & more)
📍 Feedback on pain points of your course, track, or obstacle
❤️ Heart rate zones for both training AND recovery
🔥 How to push your training to the next level

Take the guesswork out of your training. Every athlete deserves precision and access to their greatest potential.

Thank you Macy @overtimesportspt for sharing information on arthritis and muscle imbalances. We had a fun afternoon learning more about healthy movement. Guess what…Pilates is a great way to work on muscle imbalances to reduce pain from arthritis.
