Definitely the BEST day of Spirit Week so far when it comes to participation! Y’all showed up and committed to the assignment 😂🔥

The energy was great, the workouts were rolling, and most importantly… THE DENIM WAS DENIMING! 👖😂

S/O to everybody who came through and participated today. This is what Spirit Week is all about — training hard, having fun and enjoying the community. 💪🏾

One more day! 🪖👀

LIFT HEAVY. MOVE IT FAST. 💨🔥

Strength is great. But being able to produce that strength FAST is different.

We lift. We push. We pull. We move weight with intent. 💪🏾

That’s how we train at ShipWreck Performance.

Can’t handstand walk yet? 👀 Start here.

Feet-on-box walks are a simple but effective progression for learning how to shift your weight, stay strong through the shoulders, and get comfortable moving on your hands.

.
The goal isn’t to rush the skill. Build the strength, control and confidence first.

.
You’ll hear the coaching throughout the video because the cues matter just as much as the drill. 💪🏾

.
While one group works the handstand progression, we’re building the supporting muscles with seated barbell push press + ring rows.

.
Practice the skill. Strengthen the positions. Then progress.

📍Charlotte, NC
Save this for your next handstand session.
