🥊🔥 THROWBACK THURSDAY: CALIFORNIA ‘26! 🌴🌎

Rewinding to late August, when the Hollywood PAL Amateur Boxing Team packed up and headed west for a HUGE first step outside of Florida! ✈️🥊

For the first time, this group of fighters traveled across the country and stepped onto an international stage, sharing the ring with athletes from all over the world. 🌎🔥

This trip was about more than what happened between the ropes. It was about TEAM. EXPERIENCE. MEMORIES. GROWTH. 🖤❤️

The laughs, the adventures, the long days, the nerves, the excitement, and getting to represent Hollywood, Florida together — these are the moments that build a team. 💯

Every round gave our fighters something to take home. Every opponent gave them something to learn. Every challenge gave them another reason to get back in the gym and work harder.

This is how fighters are built. Not overnight. Not in one tournament. But through every experience, every lesson, and every day they choose to keep improving. 🥊⚡

California was just the beginning. The team is still growing, still hungry, and just getting started. 🔥

🎯 NEXT STOP: SEPTEMBER 19TH.
The lessons have been learned. The work continues. Now it’s time to put it all to work. 💥

A heartfelt thank-you to the City of Oxnard @cityofoxnard for recognizing our Down Syndrome Awareness Walk with an official proclamation. Most of all, thank you to our incredible individuals with Down syndrome and their families for inspiring us every day.

Together, we celebrated inclusion, raised awareness, and reminded our community that we are stronger when everyone belongs. We can’t wait to walk with you again! 💙💛

Today, some of us from Unified came out to support our angels on campus during the Down Syndrome Awareness Walk and to cheer on Kamilla during her incredible performance!

Shoutout to our alumni helpers, the Saxton sisters, who still come around and continue to support Unified. The bonds created through Unified are truly unexplainable.
