On October 16, 2026, I had the pleasure of taking part in the conference “From Nuclear Deterrence to Disarmament: The Path Towards a World Free from War”, held in the magnificent Sala del Minor Consiglio at Palazzo Ducale in Genoa.

The event brought together representatives of the Municipality of Genoa, the Italian Peace and Disarmament Network (Rete Italiana Pace e Disarmo), and other distinguished speakers, all committed to building a future of peace and a world free from the threat of war.

My paintings were presented on the big screen during the conference, followed by an exhibition at SMacc – San Marcellino Arte Cultura e Creatività, which welcomed a wonderful, intergenerational audience.

Art, dialogue, and shared commitment across generations: because building peace is a collective responsibility, and imagining a world without war is the first step towards making it possible.

Art for Peace. A world without war is possible.

WHERE HOPE REMAINS | A Duet Exhibition featuring O Yemi Tubi & Moses Zibor
@oyemit @moseszibor

Sfumato Art Creatives is pleased to present Where Hope Remains, a Duet Exhibition bringing together the works of O Yemi Tubi and Moses Zibor in an exploration of resilience, transformation, spirituality, social realities, and the enduring possibility of hope.

For Moses Zibor, vibrant colors, symbolic forms, and surreal compositions explore the invisible connections between humanity, nature, and the spiritual world. His work reflects on identity, inner strength, memory, and transformation, inviting viewers into a space of emotional and spiritual reflection.

O Yemi Tubi engages with the social and political realities that shape collective life. Through symbolism, portraiture, and emotionally charged narratives, his work addresses conflict, displacement, inequality, environmental concerns, and the resilience of individuals and communities.

Together, their works create a dialogue between the inner and outer worlds—between the spiritual forces that sustain us and the realities that challenge us. Though their approaches differ, both artists reveal the human capacity to endure, reflect, imagine, and seek something better.
