What started in covid has become a staple of our farm and the island community - delivering #oysters directly from the #cottagecityoysters farm to your doorstep. As fresh as it gets - it’s one of the reasons we’ve been voted the islands #bestoyster two years in a row. Here’s to keeping the good vibes going 😎

🦪✨ Drumroll please!!

Many thanks to Dan Martino who, after seeing how my artwork helps highlight how phenomenal oysters are, sent me some shells from Cottage City Oysters located in Martha’s Vineyard. I definitely encourage you to these oyster farmers check it out! @oysterfarmerdan

This latest piece to the Oyster Art Collection has been christened “Permeation” earning my poetic observation: Positivity ripples when kindness permeates our actions.

Permeation is now available on oysterart.ca

For those curious about the photography details: This piece was created at 2:1 magnification by capturing 35 separate images, with the camera shifting just 7/1000th of an inch between each shot to focus on every intricate detail. 🦪✨

One of the rarest finds… #northatlanticshrimp on the farm today- once the most prolific shrimp in New England/ the fishery was closed in 2014 due to population collapse from over fishing. Glad to see them still around and finding safety in the #aquaculture cages -
