There are a handful of people who never miss a post.

Every photo. Every update. Every memory.

Your unwavering love for Piney has been felt every single day. We just wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you, Rae, for being our #1 fan! 🫶🏻

⛰️ Some places don’t just hold memories — they hold a piece of who you are. 🏕️

We just returned from another magical visit to Piney + have already booked another visit in September. Trying to soak in all Piney has to offer before it unfortunately may be closed to the public.

Piney River Ranch has been open to the public since 1989. No gates, no exclusivity — just 40 acres of alpine lake, moose sightings, mountain air, and the kind of quiet that reminds you what really matters. For 15 years, my good friend Monique Busold poured her entire heart into growing this magical place for all of us. And now, because of a lease that couldn’t be renewed, this could be the last summer we have it.

Denver Water owns the land. And if they sell it to the highest bidder, it will almost certainly go private — and close to the public forever.

There’s a public Denver Water meeting on July 8th. That’s our window. That’s the moment to show up and say: this land belongs to everyone. It always has.

Sign the petition. Share this post. Come to the meeting. FIGHT FOR PINEY — not just for ourselves, but for every family, every kid, every first-time visitor who deserves to stand at that lake and feel something.

🔥This is truly a magical place + one of our favorites and we hope it stays open to the public. Don’t let this be the last summer…. FIGHT FOR PINEY!🏔️

It’s been quite a week! All my colleagues are at @engagesummits in Nizuc, MX and although I tried to make it work, the balance of working mom with littles, business owner, wife, daughter and sister over the holidays is no easy fete.
But I get to sit here this morning and reflect on two amazing weddings we had this weekend with the best couples - who honestly have sent the sweetest texts ever over the last few days. Thank you @jessw25 @cpain13 @kellydubin for the messages- they mean more than you know! That’s why we do what we do- to see our clients so happy💕
*
And then to log on and see this- I feel so blessed. Thank you to our clients who took the time to write reviews- I know it’s tedious but it means the world. Thank you for trusting us and being our team.
*
Thank you to all the local Vail venues for supporting LOCAL and being wonderful partners!
Thank you too all our amazing vendors who make our client’s vision a reality. And thank you @vailmeg for starting a luxury business and trusting me.
*
Go have a great day everyone and see you at Engage Summits @breakerswedding in 2020 🏝 *
