Gain the Advantage within the first 5 steps and KEEP IT.

Start training to PERFORM. Comment for more INFO on training tools👌

SPEED CAN BE TAUGHT‼️

We always are analyzing our SWING, but never are analyzing our SPRINTING.

Training front side mechanics allows us to hold posture and strike the ground efficiently which creates a SHORT GROUND CONTACT TIME.

HOW QUICK CAN YOU GET TO TOP SPEED??

Athletes need to pay ATTENTION TO DETAIL if they want to maximize their acceleration and top speed

Notice a few things with one of our fastest clients⬇️

Positive Shin Angle✅ - Gettjng Out Horizontally striking with stiff ankles

Neutral Head😎: Looking about 3-5 yards ahead of where he’s going and slowly rising up

Low Heel Recovery👢: Keeping front side mechanics as he rises up, does not let feel lag behind

GET OUT OF THE BOX!!!!

Everyone wants to see if their ball is going to get through the hole or not.

ONCE THE BALL IS IN PLAY, YOU BECOME A BASERUNNER

How many times have you seen an infielder make a throwing error because they are sped up by the runner. IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME.

STOP LOOKING AT THE BALL AND PUT PRESSURE ON THE DEFENSE

Your TEAM and your STATS will thank you later.

SPEED KILLS⚡️

Find ways to IMPACT THE GAME besides just your bat.

Coaches want players who can produce runs and cause chaos on the bases. So many pitchers lose focus and control when there is a threat on the bases.

And being fast doesn’t mean you are great base runner. Speed can be TAUGHT, Base running requires PRACTICE, Instincts are polished through EXPERIENCE.

Learn the art of base running and separate yourself from the rest.

BUILD your MOTOR

Stop RUNNING OUT OF GAS towards the end of your sprints

We need to train our body to apply force CONTINUOUSLY. Increasing your sprint stamina will set you apart.

Parachute is a great middle ground of transitioning from producing power to top speed.

Tag someone who you would still beat in a race with this on 🤣 #getfast #sprint #training #fastathletes #power

POSTURE = TOP SPEED

Are you allowing your legs to cycle underneath you? Some athletes never transition from the acceleration phase to top speed, which never allows them to reach that final gear.

Stay TALL, Hips TUCKED UNDERNEATH

Someone who needs top speed work will look like they are falling over when sprinting.
