ブレスワーク／サーフアプニア
パタゴニア・グローバル・サーフィン・アンバサダーであり、BWRAG CEOのグレッグ・ロングによるブレスワークプログラムを開催します。ビッグウェーブの現場で培われてきた呼吸法とサーフアプニアの基礎を体験しながら、BWRAGが実践するリスクマネジメントやトレーニングの一端に触れる機会です。

Chile part 1. I’ve been behind on my travel journal 🌎 Went to Chile for my very first time in June with the @patagonia crew 💛 Spent 4 days in Punta de Lobos with an all time group of humans, stayed at @hotelalaia, helped with a 2 day @b.w.r.a.g course that taught about 90 people in the community ocean rescue and lifesaving techniques, got to check out @parquepuntadelobos and their amazing conservation efforts 🙌, made new friends and reconnected with old ones 🫶, saw the point do its thing, ate incredible food, and sure laughed a lot. Grateful would be an understatement, but sometimes you just need to say it! @patagonia_surf
