Dato for drop kommer deretter🫰🏼

HIKING TIRAMISU RECIPE BELOW👇

Honestly this was wayyy easier than I expected to make! All you need is hot water, a bowl and something to shake up the cream in! I used a 500ml mini wide mouth @nalgene :))

Ingredients:

Coffee (I brewed with @palacoffee beans, but coffee bags work if you aren't that into your coffee!)

Double cream (@tine_sa works great - but other options exist like @oatly !!)

Hot Chocolate powder

Sponge Fingers (Savoiardi / ladyfingers)

Method:

a) Boil and brew ~160ml of concentrated coffee (I went with a lungo style) then let it cool slightly so it doesn't melt the cream!

b) Put cream in a bottle with a hard object like a (clean) rock or coin

c) Shake until whipped

d) Layer biscuits in a bowl with coffee and cream, repeat until the it's full, finishing with a cream layer

e) Dust with chocolate and dig in !! 😎

CLOSE TO THE COFFEE, CLOSE TO ITS ORIGIN ☕🌿

Walking among the cherries allows us to experience firsthand the work behind each harvest. Being there, observing and learning alongside those who cultivate them, gives us a deeper connection with the coffee we share.
