The menu for Sunday, made for the screening by @pamanapdx

Six plates to share before the lights go down: palabok, lumpia (tofu or pork), sinigang fries, fish ball skewers, popcorn chicken and ube bibingka.

The evenings featured drinks highlight mango: the Mangolada, a mango-forward piña colada, and the Mango Sparkler. In Filipiñana, mangoes are a taste of home in a place that treats some as outsiders. We wanted the evening’s first sip to start there.

PAMANA’s full bar is open all night, with zero-proof pours like their house calamansi soda.

Ticket holders: doors at 3:00, film at 4:00. Come hungry.

We are still full from the Roux weekend thanks to all the amazing women, partners and collaborators that showed up to make the weekend possible. We ate well and connected over tomato cake, lumpia, tacos, new roux merch, pumpkin spice, mini totes, colorful cocktails, fine wine, tarot, secret sauces and way too many takeaway boxes. Portland, you had us at checkered tablecloths and tinsel curtains.

Danielle got to spend my Friday night pulling cards for the women of @rouxportland at the gorgeous @pamanapdx tucked into this little glowing vip corner that felt like its own tiny universe. There is something about reading tarot at a table set for food, surrounded by people who build their whole lives around nourishing others, that made every single pull feel like it landed exactly where it needed to.

Thank you to Delia, Jenna, and the whole @houseofcommonspdx crew for dreaming this up and trusting Cacio e Pepe Tarot to bring the magic. Thank you to everyone who sat down across from me and let me see a little of their story. This is the whole reason we made this deck.

Still on a high after hanging with you all for our kick off on Friday at The Hoxton. 🎉 We opened with @danidilllon & @shanikahillocks inspiring all of us to create more community, talk to new people, get out of our comfort zones and how some friction is a good thing. We were blessed with bites from @pamanapdx and @salosalostudio / @buildwithcee 🌮 . Ate the most beautiful table cake from @decadentcreationspdx. Tried collabs from @badnutritionchia & @mahsa_chai and @katesicecream & @nowherebakery. Sipped wine from @rubatowines 🍷 Got keychains engraved from @baileyscalligraphy and tarot read by @cacioepepetarot.
