Come join us for a special edition of Party Pace Thursday hosted by @pandarocketdan 🔥

It is a massive win for our running community as we are celebrating 1 year of @pandarocketdan hosting monthly events for an entire year!

All are welcome. If you’ve been to one event before or you have always been curious and want to come to one, please join us and see for yourself what a great time we have when we’re together as one community.

There will be a lot of samples for everyone to try and a lot of raffled giveaway items at the end of the community run.
I can’t wait to see you there to celebrate one year of moving our bodies consistently together.

WE DO THE WORK! @1stphorm ❤️‍🔥🏁

Sometimes you have to start the journey alone to find the people who are meant to run beside you. 🏃‍♂️🔥

Not everyone will understand the early mornings, the endless miles, the sacrifices, or why you keep showing up when nobody’s watching.

And that’s okay.

Because somewhere along the way, you find your people. The ones who share your crazy, celebrate your wins, push you through the tough miles, and remind you that you’re part of something bigger than yourself.

Chicago wasn’t just another marathon. It was another finish line, my third World Marathon Major star ⭐️⭐️⭐️, and another reminder of how far this journey has taken me.

The miles may be yours to run, but the memories are better when you find your people. ❤️

Start alone. Keep showing up. Your people will find you. 💪

16 years ago I almost became a statistic.

I was seconds away from making a permanent decision.

I didn’t want to die..I just didn’t want to live with so much pain anymore.

I was broken, I felt alone, I only told 1 person how I was feeling and I faked a smile to everyone else.

But I kept going. I kept taking one step in front of the other. Through the sleepless nights, the days I couldn’t get out of bed and plenty of tears, I kept going..and damn I’m so happy I did.

If you’re reading this, keep going. I promise you it’s worth it. I promise you that YOU are worth it. You’re not alone. You’re stronger than you think. I love you.

Tuesday Night Trot took us on an adventure to the Bronx up through Kingsbridge. A little unexpected, a tad bit of elevation and definitely a few wow moments.

That’s the beauty of running. You never know where the miles will take you. They say if you want to go fast go alone but if you want to go far to together and we did. Mind over matter. Along the run people asked us why we running, the answer is simple. For life & the people, the community, and the freedom to move.

Special congratulations to our leader @jaynice202 now a Berlin Legend with a new marathon PR. 🇩🇪🏅🍻 Well earned & to our TTB race participants who represented the last Take The Bridge with style and grit!

A huge shoutout to our winners who took home some wonderful prizes checking in on @heylo and participating in our TNT 5k runs!
