'*•.¸♡ number 3 ♡¸.•*' 📕: If He Had Been With Me 🖋️: Laura Nowlin / @lauranowlin84 ⭐⭐⭐⭐.5/5 💭Review: *CONTAINS SPOILERS* Absolute masterpiece! At first, I didn't think it would be 'worth' the hype but after a few chapters, I finally understood why it was a good book. During the first cahoters, it was really confusing and I couldn't just get a hold of the story but when I begin to make a sense of it all, I fell in love with this book! I have reread it more than 5 times and I cried each time. A book that makes you go through the experience of a new feeling each time you read it is a rare thing to find. Whenever book boyfriends are being discussed, finny always come first in my mind. My man had ZERO RED FLAGS rather he was a HUGE GREEN FOREST! I absolutely loved his character. Autumn's POV was very sensitive but relatable at the same time. I definitely understood her character way better than any other character I have read about. Last chapters took me out. I still love that chapter in which finny takes autumn out to distract her. And will I reread it again? DEFINITELY YES! QOTD : What is your favorite genre?

Feel free to make your own book tree as well if you see this! 💭 Are you ready for the holidays or do you also have a few more things to do before Christmas? ☃️🎁❤️

“I am the sky and the power of every storm that has ever been. I am infinite.” The world of dragons and riders. The world of friendship and heartbreak. The world of trust and deception. The world of hope and rebellion. Violet’s character development is so badass. *chef’s kiss* She didn’t let anyone tell her who she was or who she wasn’t, and she embodies female strength at its core. Her and Xaden. Mm mm mmm! The way he fights for her and protects her is so beautiful. I loved reading the progression of their relationship throughout the book. Literal definition of enemies to lovers. “I’ve been yours for longer than you could ever imagine.” 😍 The connection between riders and dragons may be my favorite part of this whole book though. Once Violet started talking to Tairn, I was IMMERSED. And Andarna is just a sweet lil baby who I’d protect with everything in me. And lastly, the REVEAL at the end! That’s how you end a book! I’m so glad I pre-ordered Iron Flame because there’s so much I need to know! But I’m so so happy with the ending minus that one part (iykyk 😢) but otherwise, my heart is so full.

✨ Ten Before The End Challenge ✨ Thank you @bookswithchels for tagging me in this challenge!  I have so many books I want to read before the end of the year so this was really hard to narrow down, but here are the top ten I hope to get to soon! Two are missing from the physical pile since they are not yet released. 😛  ✨ The Adventures of Amina Al-Sirafi - my husband chose this from my TBR jar so I will try my best to read this by the end of the month ⚓ ✨ The Atlas Paradox - so excited to continue this dark academia fantasy ☠️ ✨ Once Upon a Broken Heart - can’t wait to see what all the hype is about 😀 ✨ House of Roots and Ruin - holding off until October for the spooky vibes 👻 ✨ Belladonna - waiting to buddy read this with a friend 👀 ✨ The Ten Thousand Doors of January - I loved The Once and Future Witches by this same author ♥️ ✨ Practice Makes Perfect - this was supposed to be a summer read but I never got around to it 🌹 ✨ Terms and Conditions - I need more of the Kane brothers 😏 Not pictured:  ✨ Iron Flame - obviously, did you even doubt me? 🐲 ✨ Two Twisted Crowns - I NEED this book ASAP 👑 You might be wondering why Ruthless Vows is not on this list - while it is the most anticipated release for me, it will likely be my first read of 2024. I tagged a few people in this challenge, but if you see this consider yourself tagged! Can’t wait to see what everyone else is reading by the end of the year!  ••• #bookstagram #books #houseofrootsandruin #book #bookworm #bookstagrammer #onceuponabrokenheart #bookish #bookaddict #termsandconditions #bibliophile #instabook #theatlasparadox #readersofinstagram #ironflame #theadventuresofaminaalsirafi #booksbooksbooks #bookphotography #belladonna #practicemakesperfect #thetenthousanddoorsofjanuary #bookreview #bookcommunity #bookblogger #twotwistedcrowns #booklovers #reader #igreads #bookrecommendations

✨ Bookish Magazine Challenge ✨ I've been seeing this challenge around Bookstagram and loved it, so I had to give it a shot. 💕 Issue 127 - because I read 127 books so far this year 😁 what is your number? 💕 Volume 13 - because 13 is my favorite number, also fun fact I share a birthday with the queen Taylor Swift (Dec 13) 💕 If you've been following me for a while, you probably already know that I'm a huge romance and fantasy lover and I love to post ARC reviews! 💕 Another fun fact, this picture was taken on my road trip to Yellowstone National Park (where I got the inspiration to write a short story that is currently a work in progress). Tagging a few people in this challenge! Can't wait to see yours 😊 ••• #bookstagram #books #booklover #book #bookworm #bookstagrammer #reading #bookish #bookaddict #booknerd #bibliophile #instabook #booksofinstagram #readersofinstagram #bookishmagazinechallenge #bookishmagazine #bookaholic #booksbooksbooks #bookphotography #bookshelf #booklove #love #bookreview #bookcommunity #bookblogger #instabooks #booklovers #reader #igreads #bookrecommendations

💜Speak Now (Grace’s Version)💜 I saw this tag created by @ofmadnessandmagic and I just had to join! I tried to make my choices as purple as I could! Something you should know about me: I really like book tags/challenges. 😇 💜 Mine - the pride of my shelf: The FairyLoot version of The Ballad of Never After. It’s almost as gorgeous as Jacks. I’m not ready for the trilogy to be over. 😭 💜 Back to December - a series I need to get back to: Witchshadow (The Witchlands series) I binged this series during lockdown and I miss it. 💜 Mean - a book I didn’t like: So This is Ever After I just didn’t mesh well with the style of storytelling. I would’ve loved it as a graphic novel. 💜 The Story of Us - a book I relate to: Anne of Green Gables It’s probably because, like Anne, I never know when to shut up. But also, she’s just everything that I am. 💜 Enchanted - a book that swept me away: The North Wind I read this book in a whirlwind, and it consumed my every thought. I’m so excited to reread it and continue to The West Wind. I love this book so so much. 💜 Haunted - a book that I think about all the time: Beautiful Nightmares This series already had me by the throat, but that cliffhanger has made me 🫨 for months while I wait for Endless Terrors. 💜 Long Live - a book that reminds me of a friend: The Cruel Prince will always remind me of @bonemealjesus After all, Cardan’s tail is the reason we met. 🫢🤣 ✨ I’ve tagged some friends, but as always, feel free to join! • • • #speaknowchallenge #speaknow #speaknowtaylorsversion #taylorswift #taylorswifterastour #taylorsversion #booktag #bookchallenge #anneofgreengables #thecruelprince #sothisiseverafter #theballadofneverafter #witchshadow #fortunasworn #beautifulnightmares #thenorthwind #mine #backtodecember #mean #thestoryofus #enchanted #haunted #longlive
