And on this full moon, I officially completed my 50 hour in person yin yoga training.

This pace of practice is particularly precious to me. Having had a lot of yang in my life, yin is what has allowed me to return to myself and live a better balanced life. I’ll be so eager for the opportunity to share this energy with others…and that is coming in a few different forms very, very soon✨

lokah samastah sukhino bhavantu.
may all living beings be free, safe, and well.

🌊A single act of support may feel like a ripple, but together we create a wave.

Yes! I have the first week scheduled of the Wellness Wave and I’m excited to share these beautiful businesses with you! Some offerings are free and I’d LOVE to see you there—other offerings are by appointment so maybe you can book one for yourself?

No clue what we’re talking about?? Check out the pinned post for more info about this mini movement in our wellness community!

Imagine what could happen if hundreds of tiny ripples became one incredible wave of support💙

GRADUATION

I am so proud that on my 31st birthday, I graduated from the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Parallel 45. Teaching my practicum class then celebrating with my cohort was such a special feeling! It was this huge culmination of not just the previous 10 weeks of hard work, but over a decade of dedication to the practice.

I’m incredibly grateful for the Parallel teachers who led the training with immense knowledge and passion. I also can’t thank all my teachers from over the years enough for helping me grow my skills, confidence, and love for yoga.

It’s so exciting that this new chapter has opened up for me. I cannot wait to see what more the yoga community has to offer.

❤️‍🔥The Niyama of Tapas: relating to heat, fiery discipline, or austerity represents the inner fire that drives us toward self-discipline, spiritual growth, and personal evolution! This month’s Mindful Vinyasa will focus on stoking our inner fire by lighting up our solar plexus chakra that supports our willpower and strength AND! we’ll still be utilizing a slow flow that is always safe, stable and secure❤️‍🔥Sign up on Mindbody and I’ll see you in the studio!

After having the inestimable privilege of teaching at Parallel 45's Portland location, it is closing after three years of inspiring and healing both teachers and students alike. One last chaturanga for old times sake. Sloppy, in my sweats, showing up just the way I am, and exactly the way this studio made us feel so comfortable being, the whole time it was here. Thank you for all the love Parallel 45. You'll live on in our hearts forever💖 #parallel45
