Taking responsibility in a relationship isn’t just saying “I’m sorry.”

It’s noticing your pattern in the moment, repairing the hurt after it happens, and showing your partner something different over time, not just another promise to believe. 🤍

Swipe through for the exact words you can use when you’ve withdrawn, gotten defensive, minimized your partner’s experience, or made promises you didn’t keep.

And, if you already know the patterns and beliefs underneath how you love and show up in relationships run deep, awareness alone may not be enough to change them.

That’s the work I do. Through somatic work and subconscious reprogramming, I support you in changing it at the root.

Let’s explore what support could look like for you 🤙🏻

Have you been feeling like your old life doesn’t fit anymore?

Like something in you has changed, you can sense a new version of you coming, but you can’t see her clearly yet?

Maybe love isn’t landing. Maybe the career looks good but you know you’re meant for more. Maybe your creativity and your sense of purpose have gone quiet.

I invite you to join me for 5 days of breathwork, meditation and two live sessions, where we move past the thinking mind, release what you’ve been carrying, and find your next true step.

We start November 3rd.

Comment BECOMING and I’ll send you the details to join. ✨

Maybe nothing excites you the way it used to. Or you’re craving deep conversation and real connection, and everything around you feels surface level.

Maybe your career doesn’t make sense anymore. Or your love life doesn’t. Or you’re yearning for love but you can’t find the one, and you start to feel like something is wrong with you.

Or you’re stuck in the same pattern again and again. You can see it, but you don’t know how to break out of it.

Whichever one is yours, you want clarity.

Here’s the thing: you can’t think your way out of this. Your body holds on to what your mind can’t process. The stress, the old patterns, and the emotions you never got to feel get stored in your nervous system. That’s why you can understand everything and still feel stuck.

That’s what somatic healing is. When you work with the body through breath, movement, and deeper work, you start to:

• Calm your nervous system, so you stop
Release emotions that have been stuck in you for years
• Get clarity, because a regulated body can actually hear your intuition

I created Who Am I Becoming, a 5-day journey with guided breathwork, somatic practices, meditation, and live sessions to help you find the next version of you. It starts November 3rd.

If even one of these sounds like you, this is for you.

I just went through a deep grief, and it broke something open in me.

I lost hope. I started questioning my work, my path, everything I thought I was here to do. My creativity disappeared, and I had no energy to show up, to post, or even to talk to anyone.

So I stopped trying. I let the old version of me fall apart, and slowly, a new one started to show up. She’s softer, and she’s clearer about what matters.

I’ve walked through this before, and I know now that the breakdown comes before the breakthrough.

And since I teach what I need to heal, I’m inviting you to walk through it with me.

It’s called “Who Am I Becoming”, a 5-day journey with guided breathwork, meditation, and live sessions to help you find the next version of you.

We start November 3rd.

If you feel like you’ve outgrown your life but don’t know what comes next, if you’re tired of being who everyone else needs you to be, if part of you knows you’re meant for more but you can’t name it yet, this is for you.

🙌🏻 Comment BECOMING and I’ll send you the details to join.

In essence.. when something is right for you, it should flow ~ naturally ... rather than feel like a constant... draining struggle 😣

So here’s the invitation, dear ones...

This week, notice one place where you are pushing... A text you keep rewriting... a room where you keep trying to prove yourself... a door where you keep jiggling the key.. and nothing happens.

Pause there.... take that deep nourishing breath... Then let it be easy 🙌🏻

Choose the conversation that flows. Choose the yes that lands in your body before it reaches your mouth. Choose the people who feel like an easeful exhale.

B/c ease is your compass.. 🧭 Follow it, and watch your life rearrange itself toward the rooms that already have a seat waiting with your name on it.

Come home to your own frequency... and let what is meant for you simply turn 🔑

Your people are already looking for you... no forcing required ☺️

If you felt this message... & it moved something inside of you, thank you for sharing with others 🫶🏻

We are so incredibly honored to announce that Parishmah, the visionary behind Sacred Rebirth, is officially joining our Los Angeles wellness lineup!
Parishmah creates a safe, sacred container for profound transformation. By weaving together restorative vocal alchemy, angelic frequencies, the Violet Flame, and deep energetic clearings, she guides you back to your own inherent magic.

Because navigating a high-energy festival can sometimes lead to sensory overload, we wanted to give you a grounding tool rather than a standard schedule. Save this post right now, and when you need a mid-festival reset on August 22nd, find a quiet spot near the Sound Healing stage, take a deep breath, and read this intention:

✨I am stepping out of the chaos and back into my center. I release any dense, stagnant energy I have absorbed from the crowd. I allow restorative sound frequencies to regulate my nervous system. I am grounded, I am clear, and I am ready to return to the music completely renewed.✨

Send this directly via DM to the friend who always holds space for your spiritual journey so they have this energetic anchor saved, too!

To help us build the collective energy before we even open the doors, tell us in the comments below about a specific moment where a healing practice or a sound frequency completely shifted your mindset during a difficult moment. We want to read your stories! 👇

you’ve ever been told to just be yourself and be nice to get the girl — I need you to hear this.

Now I get why everyone says it. Be kind. Be genuine. Show her you care. It sounds like the obvious formula for finding the right woman.

But here’s the hidden trap — niceness alone doesn’t create attraction. It creates comfort. And comfort without confidence reads as desperation.

You become the safe option. The backup plan. The guy she loves as a friend but doesn’t feel drawn to.

And the more available you make yourself without any sense of your own value — the less attractive you become. Not because you’re too much. But because you’ve made yourself too easy to take for granted.

Here’s what I tell my clients — stop showing up to impress her and start showing up as a man who knows exactly what he brings to the table.

Because here’s the truth — what you think is romantic, she reads as needy. And needy is the one thing that kills attraction every single time.

Think of it like this: being nice without confidence is like showing up to a job interview and saying ‘I’ll take whatever you offer, I just really want to work here.’ It doesn’t make them value you more — it makes them wonder why you don’t value yourself.

The shift is simple — stop auditioning for her approval and start leading with who you actually are. A man with standards. A man with boundaries. A man who is genuinely interested — but doesn’t need her validation to feel complete.

That is what creates real attraction. Not games. Not pretending you don’t care. Just a man who is so grounded in himself that she can’t help but take notice.”

If you’re a good guy who is tired of being overlooked — I’m putting together a free 5-day experience called Stop the Dating Madness where I’ll personally walk you through this shift.

I only have 3 spots. Comment RESET below and I’ll send you the details.

Let me be straight with you for a second. If you’re a good guy who keeps getting it wrong in dating — this is for you.

You’re the thoughtful one. The one who always shows up, remembers the little details, and puts her needs first. And yet somehow — you keep ending up in the same place. Friendzoned. Taken for granted. Or watching her walk away for someone who doesn’t treat her half as well as you would.

You’ve been doing everything you were “supposed” to do. Planning the thoughtful dates. Being consistent. Being available. Being kind.

You keep watching other guys — guys who seem careless, unavailable, even selfish — get the girl. And you keep asking yourself — what am I doing wrong? Is there anyone even out there for me? Does she even exist?

As a relationship coach, here’s what I’ve seen over and over again with my clients — the good guys are not losing because they’re too kind. They’re losing because kindness without confidence reads completely differently than they think it does.

What you think is romantic — she reads as needy. And needy is the one thing that kills attraction every single time.

Here’s the hard truth — what feels like love to you, lands as pressure to her. The gestures you think are winning her over are actually pushing her away. And I’ve seen this pattern repeat with so many good men who had everything to offer — but were showing up in a way that was working against them without even knowing it.

You don’t need to become a different person. You don’t need to play games or pretend you don’t care. You just need to show up confident — grounded in your own value — instead of auditioning for her approval.

The moment you make that one shift — women start noticing you differently. You stop being the backup plan and start becoming the only option. She doesn’t just like you — she’s drawn to you.

That’s exactly why I’m putting together a free, 1:1 Stop the Dating Madness 5-day experience. I’m looking for 3 single men who are ready to stop being overlooked and start being the man she actually chooses.

If you want to claim one of the spots, just comment “RESET” below and I’ll
