Back to filming tomorrow!

Just a reminder that we have a special video portion of “Keyblade Quest: Hearts Awaken,” an interactive quest you can experience ONLY at Anime Pasadena!

On top of that, the “Dragon Ball: Son of Trunks” SUPERCUT is coming along really nicely! I’m excited to bring all three episodes together with new footage, enhanced VFX, updated music and more.

And thank you to everyone who continues to watch and support our projects. We wouldn’t be creating these without you. 🙏🏻

Can’t wait to show you what’s next!

“Keyblade Quest: Hearts Awaken” is a FREE interactive game we’re creating for Anime Pasadena and we’re adding a video element to it! I feel very lucky to have writing and acting as a part of my job.

Can’t wait for you guys to see what we’re putting together.

And before anyone asks… no, I’m not playing Sora. 😂

What happens when you need to fire a key person?

What if that key person is one of the gym owners?

When it comes to the team running the business with you, you get what you tolerate. Culture issues and owner misalignment can tank a business.

When Jimmy first founded FiM, we had 50/50 ownership with a high school friend. That quickly became unworkable when Jim was doing 95% of the work, and the other person had to be removed.

... it sucks.. But it happens all the time

It could be a key coach, or salesperson, or manager.

How to fire, pivot, and set a powerful team culture moving forward.

That's the topic of today's podcast episode. It's a recording segment from day two of PKINDYCON, led by Christopher Hollingsworth & Jimmy Davidson with guest speakers from the event. This one is dense and jam-packed with gold.

It's time to level up your team.
And it starts with leveling up your own leadership.

What are the 4 types of misbehavior parkour coaches will come across with kids in class?
How do you not just deal with them, but prepare yourself to turn a misbehaving child into a star student & athlete in class?

See the full episode about class and gym culture, taken from a longer talk from this year's PKINDYCON event. We hope you join us live next year!
